so my wife really wants to start a good diet with fast results, is easy to stick to, and something that can last long term. (I know, what everyone wants) anyone have any ideas... she's not too keep on hard workouts (or working out at all) Any ideas? my basement flooded and ever since it has been a nightmare... the exterminator just keeps on telling me that it should be resolved... they were coming back out for free but now are saying they are going to charge me to come out yet they haven't resolved my issue. You would figure after 5 treatments from professionals that eggs or not, they would be dead. as far as mice carrying them, I have had mouse traps down there since we moved in and none of them have ever gone off... I tested one to make sure that it functioned properly and it does.

I tried Borax as well as I used a frisbee and put soap in it... the soap did get some, but not that much.... borax didn't really seem to do anything. I've also been going down there with my shop vac and vaccuming the entire floor... I should mention, the floor is all concrete right now. I have all the carpet for the basement, but it's all sitting out back in my garage until I get this issue under control. To put it into context, I walked down there last night (first time in 2 weeks and the last person down there was the orkin man) and I was down there for a MAX of 20 seconds (enough time to turn off the breaker to my dishwasher so I could install the new one) and I pulled at least 10 off my socks and legs. Another thing to help with info, the basement is 2,400 Sq Feet.

Does anyone know of any secrets to getting rid of Fleas in a basement? I have had Orkin out 5 times (yes 5 times) as well as fogged my basement, and tried Diatomaceous Earth and so far NOTHING has even put a dent in those little fuckers... I'm honestly, at a loss on what to do, they do not come upstairs, just stay in the basement, but this problem has gone on long enough and it's put my basement projects on hold for months now. Any ideas on how to get rid of them would be appreciated. on other notes, the basement is kept clean, everything is boxed up in plastic bins, floors are swept, and we do not keep animals in the basement, so I have no idea what these little bastards are eating in order to stay alive.

I'm normally a pretty non-violent type of guy, but murder my family, I'll cut your abdomen and watch your innards fall out while making sure to hold a mirror so they have a front row seat and see it all fall out. there's a big difference between my feelings and some guy choosing a 22 year old pregnant woman to rape and stab until she's dead.

I purchased one as well and I bought the helmet you did... I've just used the mask that it came with because it concerns me as I couldn't find a test button on the mask to make sure that it darkens properly. The other issue I have found with mine is that it's a "hot tip" welder and the button on the nozel just feeds wire which makes me a bit anxious... but like Clay stated, for a shade tree mechanic, it does just fine... I used it to weld a frame around my trailer and I have no major complaints about how it turned out.

I've been seriously considering this as well as one of my co-workers is on a plan with 4 phones for 100 a month and that's data/text/calls... he said he uses google voice for most of his calls and subsidizes the miss in some of his coverage with wifi picking up the difference since he can't get t-mobile service in his house. with t-mobile there's alot of up front costs unless you subsidize your phone cost but then your monthly cost is the same as verizon and sprint.

I'm completely with you on this... and even then, I don't think the state should be performing the execution... tie the guy down, give a family member tools to do as he pleases. I can tell you I wouldn't hesitate to raise my hand and go in there and take that fucker out if he did that to my family. and that is only an option if they have CONCRETE PROOF.... if one person gets murdered and was innocent than this whole thing just isn't worth it... especially when the death penalty costs three times as much as life in prison. With that being said, this guy confessed that he raped and murdered that woman and her unborn baby, so I think he got off too easy... got almost 20 years of unpaid food, healthcare, etc... unfortunately, when that happens, because of the time lapse, it re-opens wounds for the family members of the victims.

go get the harbor freight deal... they have a real nice unit you buy in sections and buy what you want... I picked that up, paid a fraction of the price everyone is mentioning in this and it's been awesome! plenty of storage, looks nice, ball bears work well, and just over all, just a fantastic setup.
