like I said in another post, get a Ferris, They have zero turns that have fully independant suspension. mine mows at over 10mph and makes light work of mowing... it also comes with a striping kit, etc.... These mowers will mow any surface and it does not need to be just flat land... it seriously destroys all other mowers that I've ever owned. as far as snow removal, etc... buy yourself an ATV, get a dump truck for it as well as a snow blade.. IMO mowers are not that good for utility type stuff...

my father in law lives by john deere, but I'll be honest my Ferris out performs his JD in every way. it's just not in the same class to be honest.

Commercial mowers for the win

my $.02 stay away from cub cadet, I had a Z-Force Cub Cadet and every time I mowed with it, something broke... it was the biggest expensive piece of junk I ever owned... I recommend looking at Ferris... I purchased one last year and have never been happier with my purchase. There's a mower shop in Hilliard which I apologize I can't remember their name and they offer 0% financing for 4 years. I will update my post when I remember the shop's name.

Your water will not warm up unless you get a pool warmer if you put the pool in shade

electric is about 20 a month, you know about an hour a week for maint and the chemicals can get expensive... we buy our chemicals in bulk at Costco

what Brian said... Galaxy S4 is awesome, but be prepared to buy an extended battery.... S5 was just announced and looks like it's titties and beer! I just upgraded my S4 to a Note 3 and the Note 3 is like titties and jack Daniel's kinda awesome. I will be having an S4 with protective case and the best extended battery on the market very soon.

completely off topic, but how does your garage door open with those cars on the lift? it doesn't look like it would open the standard way that a garage door would open. GLWS, I'd love to have it if I wasn't poor.

what Jason said... I just keep a trailer tongue lock on my trailer, camper, and boat.... if someone really wants it and wants to go through the hassle to get that beast off then they can have it and I'll just file an insurance claim :-P

I just made the switch to T-Mobile... custom service is awesome! I have coverage everywhere (although some parts are just 2G coverage but still completely acceptable) and now I'm paying 100 a month for 3 smart phones, unlimited, talk, text, and web.... leaving Verizon was so far a smart move and I'm not looking back. (FYI, I live in the BOONIES and no drop over coverage during my entire commute home from Dublin to Marengo.)

maybe a better question would be if someone would let you borrow the install media. If you could let us know what OS you are running, it would be easier to help. If you purchased Lion or Mavericks (I know mavericks is free) then you can download the install media and put it on a USB thumb drive.
