That gun rocks! I dont own one but I have shot both the long colt and 410 out of it and it is a fun piece.

I just dont see the point, you know LE can place the radar in different modes and they will turn it on active any moment and you are screwed and laser does not get picked up until your car picks the signal. Believe me I know how this stuff works.

Just an opinion but honestly if you understood how radar is used and/or laser you would understand. Oh well, just trying to save some people some money.

Id pay the ticket if I were you On private property you can be cited for 5 things: Hit Skip Reckless Op No ops OMVI Operating without regard (doing donuts....stuff like that)

You make an offer through the realtor agent and then they put it through the bank, about all the time they want an earnest money check up front, they dont want some blowing smoke up there ass. But I think a prequalified letter from the bank works as well

when it comes to finance check with credit unions. I dont know if this is your first home but they seem to offer great rates compared to most other places. I got a 5.375 rate from telhio

I bought my home from the bank last year and it was through a Realtor who was representing the bank. I believe by the Realtor code of ethics. One Realtor represents you and the other represents you and through them you work offers to the bank. it worked well for me, I bought my house for over 50% less than it sold new for and the house is only 3 years old

Could not have been better put. I know some people who have dumped 20-40k in mods into their cars.....IMO senseless but I DO NOT CARE. If I wanna go to the casino and blow the money I work for and think I can double it then its my choice. Hell the way the market is I would rather goto the casino and through 100 on black and double it.
