It can spread internally. I am extremely allergic to it. When I was a kid, I'd have to carry the emergency kit for it like people who are allergic to bee stings. It's not as bad now that i'm older but it still requires a doc visit or it goes EVERYWHERE within a day. The last time I had it, it was in my eyes, mouth and throat so I had to get a tube to keep me breathing.

After a brief conversation with Doug at PAC Racing Springs about the concerns with my Comp 918's, he assured me they were fine to run and told me I need not bother to replace them. Talk about customer service! I told him I planned to replace them soon anyway and was unsure about gambling with the Comp 918's again so he cut me a GREAT deal on some PAC-1518's!
