I'll disagree with this one. When you skip breakfast, your body has a tendency to store more reserves because it knows it will have to go a while between dinner and the next lunch.
I've dropped a few pounds by increasing water intake, skipping pop and eating breakfast. The main thing you need to do is eat things that fill you up fast but aren't calorie loaded. EAT SLOWLY, that way your brain can tell you it's full before you overeat.
That's my $0.02 and it's working for me so far.
