I just went there and asked for the cheapest rated helmet that had and the lady showed me a whole wall of them. I think the price was $25 but don't hold me to that. Should be somewhere close to that though.

it looks similar to that. I've never had an issue with mine at any track. It is snell rated but not SA rated. SA helmets are in the hundreds.

Don't know how far you are from Springfield but I got mine at Competition Accessories a while ago for $25 or $30 brand new. Plain white open face helmet.

This will probably open a can of worms but.... You are not allowed to modify ANYTHING on a vehicle that may change it's emissions, exhaust being one of them. That's a FEDERAL law not a state one. This includes basically anything under the hood, even the air filter unless it's OEM approved and tested. If you look in the federal law books, it is there but is rarely enforced.

Polishing your stocker is the best bang for the buck. You don't need the aftermaarket ones until you hit bigger cubes. My vote is for a Shaner S3, I have one on my car and LOVE it!
