  1. Public schools shouldn't be responsible for teaching basic skills, parents should. Until that can be enforced, we're fucked.
  2. I thought they could have gone lower buck myself, but maybe I'm that cheap...... I was about ready to bail but the addition of lucky drew me back in.
  3. And constantly spend money fixing shit they break or destroy as opposed to buying racecar parts that I destroy?
  4. I could have been rich but I got married and had kids. I blame them.

  8. Think he could blab about the V6 1LE much more?
  9. Ours has all kinds of notifications. Harsh Braking, Harsh Steering, Speeding, etc. When I go to certain sites, they are unpaved and it sets off the harsh steering like crazy because of ruts. I just roll along at ~5 MPH and rock the wheel back and forth to see how often I can make it go off.
  10. I still have trapster on my phone, though I rarely use it. Since I rock a company vehicle 99% of the time with GPS tracking it's mostly moot. I'm sure to set the cruise at ~6 over now just to be sure the warnings blow up my bosses email box.
  11. This is my interpretation of it, hence why I'm waiting for more info.
  12. I am not trying to convince anyone. I am also waiting for more info, but unless it's brought to light, it's unlikely anyone will give much more info.
  13. Typically this is how it always starts though. Everything is vague enough so they they can tailor it to restrict as much as they see fit, until the backlash starts. Then they seem to back off and claim that wasn't what they meant.
  14. When I was looking for my 70's era siding, I took a scrap piece to any place that I could find. Finally some older gentleman directed me to a supply house and they didn't have it exact but it was a ~90% match. I ended up replacing some full pieces from an inconspicuous area and used the original in the more obvious spots.
  15. They could be, but i'm not sure what the options are for HDMI or DisplayPort connectivity. Aside from that, they would work very well IMHO since they are extremely low power considering what they can do.
  16. THey run on 12v so I don't see why not, however, they are both claimed. Maybe bucd would part with his?
  17. #1 - Miller claimed #2 - turbospec29 also claimed If the above pass, next will be mrhobbz BBQdDude Mojoe Sorry gents, all sold assuming payment arrives as promised. PM's have been sent.
  18. I only have two. I'll go in order of messages. I used them for 1080p video on my tv but the wife prefers Apple TV so they don't get used any more. I'll send messages as soon as I get home.

  20. this ^ It's typical GM makes a great drivetrain and ford makes a comfier car argument. It's always been that way.
  21. I used to believe the same, but now i'm rethinking that stance. When it comes down to actually performing the deed and making it permanent, those who go through with it truly believe the world will be a better place without them in it. They feel they are holding other people back from reaching some potential or causing grief that would not be present with them gone. Sure, the trauma short term is rough, but they feel in the long term, it's better that they can no longer interfere or be a burden.
