  1. Here, I'll quote myself: That's exactly what I said. I simply clarified its intended meaning with this:
  2. Yep, I've been shit faced before. Never gotten behind the wheel of a car though. By "can't handle their booze," I was referring to their inability to make sound judgement calls in regards to vehicles. Belligerence, vomitting, and bar fights are a different topic.
  3. This is taken from the PDC-09 OPNAVINST 5100.12H CH-1 Brief at http://safetycenter.navy.mil/ashore/motorvehicle/index.asp http://i342.photobucket.com/albums/o425/leerbowden/Random/Stat.jpg Seems pretty straight forward to me. Cars don't kill people. Its the mistakes that they make while behind the wheel that lead to fatalities. Inexperience and immaturity heightens the likelihood that mistakes will occur while driving. Coupling it with booze makes it doubly worse.
  4. McDonald's dollar menu. For $3 and change, I'd get a McGangBang and a small fry.
  5. Negative. Majority are not alcohol related. Besides, drunk driving is a perfect example of why young people shouldn't drive vehicles beyond their experience level. If they can't handle their booze, they sure as hell can't be expected to handle serious horsepower or size.
  6. I know young, mature people that can handle high powered machines as well. There are always exceptions. The problem is that I've seen way more young Marines come back from a war zone, buy a (insert fast car here) with their non-taxed deployment money, and then kill themselves or their buddies here at home on America's roadways. Statistics show that Marines are actually safer in Afghanistan and Iraq then anytime they are in a vehicle here at home. This is a huge problem...
  7. Rape, pillage, and burn? Come on, think about what you just said...
  8. "I've got 120 horsepower in this. You don't want anymore on marble." That old fucker sure can drive... Edit: The beach assualt is full of win.
  9. x2 on the military being a poor analogy. At 18, you can fight for your country's freedom, but not buy beer. I don't have a problem with 16-20 yrs olds driving cars, just like I don't have a problem with 18-20 yrs olds being in the military. But just like beer, don't let them drive cars designed for more experienced/mature people.
  10. I think its more the driver than anything else that makes it rice... of course, the lambo door doesn't help.
  11. Yet I seem to be doing quite well. This so called "recession" has yet to effect my lifestyle in anyway... Bush wasn't perfect by any means, but economic problems don't simply happen over night. In fact, they don't just happen in an 8 year span either. This progressive "shit-storm" has been building since the mid '90s. None of these problems require aid from the govt either. Just like nature, they will work themselves out.
  12. That dude is a horrible public speaker. Death by power point...
  13. Exactly... they do it in the movies all the time. But its not cool for a photographer? Lame...
  14. Like I always say: "Never mow another man's lawn."
  15. That guy is probably getting laid right now...
  16. That wouldn't be nearly as funny without the accent. Haha!
  17. Looks to have a much better single player story line than the past few games. Probably why they dropped the CoD tag. I've always been more of a light/heavy machinegunner. I can poop and scoot with the best of the snipers and still rain down copious amounts of accurate fire on people.
