  1. prices usually depend on wheel/part size, but also color. some colors are a single coat, others require 2, and some require 3 and 4. for instance, the orange wheels were single coat, the purple frame was 2 coat (illusion purple base, clear top coat) , and the hi vis yellow wheels are 3 coat (white base, glowing yellow mid coat , clear top coat) need more info, just shoot me a text with size and color you want.

  5. I'm working. here is a little of what i do when I'm not at my everyday job. I do powder coating out of my barn. I do a lot of motorcycle tire changes and suspension work in the spring/summer, but last year i decided to start doing this as well so i could fill my fall/winter time with some side work as well. this helps with modding the car faster lol http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/37A9F6DC-D233-48C9-8D8F-F2C16AEB91B0_zpsdwfdviwo.jpg http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/5367DD42-DF4D-4902-8A0A-54AF29B8BD45_zpswturwbvf.jpghttp://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/5109EFB5-F10B-4B4D-8404-CE69176DFB66_zpsdxod2bm7.jpghttp://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/37262EC1-14F3-4A35-A7C7-B6B8EE4DB9AA_zpszcsjwxna.jpghttp://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/175E9736-DBEC-4788-AB1C-56AE9A72C4E6_zpskpggzd5d.jpghttp://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/DD414A54-D5B7-4D0D-9A0A-53F9060B343D_zpsrzylpj7z.jpghttp://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/35A74BEA-3708-4D22-882F-75732228D7C2_zpsapz5jmvu.jpghttp://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/35975145-5BFF-40C2-8ECA-CE08FE93648E_zpsvorgkjfh.jpg
  6. Same here. Especially all the talk about how shitty the mt82 is
  7. Mid to low 10s should be doable for me this year on some Hoosiers
  8. this is a pretty awesome accomplishment. Full weight, still has navi, stock motor, stock manual trans Whipple 2.9L supercharger, MS109 Fuel, 805 RWHP, dark star wheels with slicks and skinnies. DSS aluminum driveshaft, DSS half shafts, McLeod RXT Clutch, 3.31 gears, Viking shocks, eibach pro kit springs, BMR IRS bushings and such.
  9. dat MGW though http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/EB5C4222-371C-4324-A902-31DF9645C1BE_zpspxibqpsm.jpg http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/E42907A4-C5D7-496D-BC5D-CB43AECD705F_zpskevidsbp.jpg
  10. bro, ill give you a list. most the time i see something pop up and if its a deal i may buy. I have a list of wants lol, but i am SUPPOSED to hold off on purchases for a bit lol.
  11. to bad he doesn't have 8
  12. we can get CODE (central ohio desmo enthusiasts) in on something. Im sure Iron Pony would be down as well. let me know what you need Clay
  13. did you get the install tool for the LCA bearings? that is a want on my long list of mods for the car, along with vertical links. first the MGW shifter, i can't deal with the stock shifter anymore. the FTBR bracket and bushings helped ALOT, but I'm buying the MGW and thats it
  14. you guys are more than welcome to bring the cars over to my heated pole barn, and we can lay into them. i should have all the tools you need, 60 gallon air compressor, etc. you just have to nail down a day/time you want to do it, and let me know a week or so out. i do ALOT of powder coating now, so I'm usually doing that stuff. but I'm all about tinkering around in the barn and id be happy to help out. so long as when the time comes for me to put in oil pump gears in my car, you guys can stand around and watch me make a fool out of myself lol
  15. i did exactly what BMR said to do when i did my IRS and diff bushings. but when i had to pull the knuckles to install the axles, i didn't. why? because tightening the bolts with the car on the ground is a PIA. it would be a lot easier if you have some 10" blocks or so to set the rear tires on to load the suspension and then tighten. there is virtually no room underneath the car to tighten certain bolts. especially on mine since its lowered.
  16. installed the DSS 1400hp axles tonight. http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/6BE41D72-8FA4-4137-8A34-7DBCC6BE2AC3_zpspcoywjuv.jpg stock top, DSS bottom http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/F80C6EFE-8986-47AB-9DCB-8AD05D1C298E_zpsdqjobdk8.jpg and took the clutch pedal spring out. Makes the clutch pedal have a more linear feel http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/663DD316-334E-4742-9477-5336457F33B2_zps2kvbplnp.jpg
  17. out with the old http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/B7BB1934-16A4-4ADD-B1C6-B2682B54038F_zpsilcjgwgl.jpg in with the better http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/CB37DC6D-B519-440E-A013-77E2D94FAD9D_zpsglxvas5j.jpg
  18. on the side. i have a pretty big oven, and have gotten pretty busy with it in the last year. i use a spectracoat powder coating machine, and can get pretty much any color you want.
  19. i sand blast and powder coat. thought you knew that?
  20. hellion or on3 kit on an auto with oil pump gears. 950rwhp easy
  21. There are quite a few 900+hpcars are stock motor. Week point is the oil pump gears and lower cam gears. Pretty much anyone making over 550rwhp is doing billet gears in them. Other wise stock motor. It is a boss block aside from the pistons are not forged. They are some specially treated Pistons said to be nearly as good as the forged ones in the boss. Heads are very similar to the boss, but don't flow as good. Very close though. The new coyote is honestly a parts bin motor. But it works very well. Haven't heard of any failures yet on these motors. And there are a decent number of guys in the 9s on stock motor and stock auto trans. I think 2 stock motor mustangs in the 8s now. All full weight cars on stock auto as well.
  22. Goodies http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/DB58682A-8D5A-479F-8423-BB6A30E6F257_zpst8nxvaiv.jpg And thanks to Mark Carlyle at Carlyle Racing DSS 1400hp half shafts.. These should hold up http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g425/hobglide/930C9566-D67E-4ECA-AA55-4DC6E5398D0A_zpsyobzunn8.jpg
