you know my mods Matt and so far i've been able to walk 2 ls2 m6 gto's from a roll, charger r/t, porsche carrera s (380ish hp), and put bus lengths on a fox 5.0 with headers, exhaust, e cam and gt40 upper and lower. there's guys on the mach 1 board with 310whp and good drag setup running high to mid 11's full interior. A set of big and littles, control arms and a k member makes them hook like crazy

i have some mufflers,over axle, and tails from my mach one that may work for ya, the tips are cut off though you'd have to get new ones. $30

these were recalled for the fan relay I believe, its a m/f to install its back behind/under the pass headlight.

low on coolant and having to push pedal to start, could be a headgasket issue, check the oil when you drain it and watch for green

make sure you dont cheap out when buying one, I had a boss try to get a deal on an evilbay kit for his celica and it took hrs and hrs of prep time, headlight and taillight seams didnt match up. You get what you pay for.

if your iac is bad you can unplug it and the car should idle off preset tables. I'd check fuel pressure and check all vacuum connections also

the motor itself in the van is the least of your worries. now will it have fuel pump and front end issues in the future?, hard to tell I would maybe suggest taking the van in for a general full inspection($20 at most shops) and get the front end brakes, and general stuff checked out. the motor and tranny can go forever its the stuff around it you need to worry about.
