Thanks for the info guys. Ended up buying it and already found a few things that needed replaced: plugs/wires (blew a wire on the way home), the power steering pump was almost dry, inspected the timing belt which seemed ok. The only thing left to look at is an exhaust leak somewhere near the catalytic converter... overall a decent car though.

Anybody know these cars at all? I found a decent deal on one from a guy at work and might go take a look at it. It's an XLE 4 cylinder with over 100k on the clock... Any common problems? Things to watch out for? Lettuce know.

How big of an area are we talkin about?

I'd go rebar over mesh. Everytime a CM/GC wants to put mesh in anything, I usually recommend using fiber or placing a light mat of rebar. I'd call up whoever you're getting concrete for and see how much it is to add some fiber. The only thing you need to consider is the number of bars and the spacing... #3's should be good, I got a shitload of #4's laying around and maybe even some supports if you're interested.
