I had heard that they broadcast updates every 60 days. a non activated radio should get the updates and will stop working. apparently, that's not the case :-D

I called another autozone and confirmed that the store we were in had it.

Last week I got a letter from the dealer in Indiana stating that they wanted to buy back the Dodge Ram that I bought from them. Funny thing is that I bought a Dodge Dakota. when I got that letter, I went down and watched like 30 people (those who didn't already try to get out of jury duty) go up and give reasons to be excused. 75% of the people picked for the jury were those people.

what's worse that that is the loss in available credit will reflect negatively on your credit score. That may cause other cards to raise your interest rate or lower your limits.

Yes they can and many banks have been lowering credit limits and raising interest rates on people who have never missed a payment. pretty much they can do what they want. Also, some companies regularly recheck credit and if you miss a payment on one card, another one will lower your limit or raise your rate.

I have sent and received echecks through paypal. you just have to wait it out. when/if it clears, then ship the item.

oh also, that was after I told them to cancel my account.

I'm on the monthly plan. I called in and told them that I can afford to pay several hundred dollars to get the yearly subscription. She ended up crediting me 35.88 (2.99*12). so basically, I'll get a free year of the internet radio without having to shell out the huge amount of money to pay for the year upfront. Plus I don't have to worry about that nonrefundable clause in the TOS.

I don't think that I should have to pay more for a service that I'm already getting. I'm perfectly happy with the standard quality of their internet radio. Forcing me to upgrade to premium will likely cause me to cancel my subscription all together. And per their terms of service, I'm not comfortable paying them $349 for a 3 year term and expecting to get $0 back if they do go under. also, I don't have an iphone. only my work crackberry.

It told me that I had to get a 1, 2 or 3 year and that I would get free internet radio for that period. (I currently pay by the month). Otherwise, it will be $2.99 per month. The way I see it, if I'm putting in 7% and my company is matching 50% of that for 3.5% I'm up 3.5%. but if the market has dropped by 40%, I'm still down 36.5% or is that not really correct? Example. for the last 12 months, I put added 3049, my employer added 1750. The loss over the 12 month period was 6535. meaning, I'm still down 1784 after both contributions.

Oh and I was stuck...behind all of the slow traffic. Also, yesterday I made a girl in a Jeep mad that my Honda Crx could out accelerate them in the snow. They had to get back behind me and ended up turning on their high beam headlight.
