  1. i got super cheap HDMI from firefold a while back (a 25' for like $17 IIRC...bought it to use my 60" as a screen for my laptop, but after trying and searching online for months, i cant figure out how to get it to fit my screen correctly)...i was thinking of a optical audio splitter, and an HDMI splitter, but that means i have 2 more remotes here, on top of the 4 i already have (cable, TV, receiver, bluray), or i could go to a universal, but that might be $100 or more.
  2. need? no, but i just dont want to deal with pulling the whole TV/stand out to hook something up when i want to play something...plus, the wii will probably be getting sold soon since the xbox i got has the kinect system with it. no need to keep 2 of basically the same thing but here's what im looking at...its horrible. lol http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMAG0231.jpg?t=1298000085
  3. i need to get all my cables around my TV organized and cleaned up...they just keep adding up, and im sick of seeing a birds nest of wires behind the table my TV sits on. currently, i have the speakers for 7.1 surround (and 4 for the sides/rear are coming up from under the carpet and right into the receiver, so not so horrible on those), subwoofer, wii, super nintendo, n64, xbox, cable box, bluray player, ipod dock, cable modem, wireless router, 2 power strips, and im sure other random stuff back there. so, i guess what would be ideal, and i dont know if this exists, or if i could piece together a couple things, is if i can just set up a bookshelf with a system on each shelf, and some way to hide all the cables and have the least amount of wire visible as possible...maybe a "trap" door or an access door where the cables would hide themselves? only thing that sucks is that my receiver is HDMI passthrough only, so i can't get audio through HDMI...ive got 2 optical audio cable inputs, but 3 devices i want/need to use them for (xbox, cable box, bluray player)
  4. apparently all they sell now is a 4gb, and a 250gb, and i decided new against used, mainly for the year warranty, and the fact that its new. lol...got the 250gb with kinect, and picked up the new COD. now i just need to sell my wii with all the games to recoup some of the money i spent on this.
  5. damnit...i wish you posted this last night... i just went out last night and bought a brand new xbox and paid $50 for COD BO
  6. and when it jams, you can throw it at your assailant and knock him out
  7. sounds good. so would it make sense to get a more basic bundle, and buy a 2nd controller, other add ons, etc, seperate?
  8. how big are the games on average?
  9. and no, i dont think i want/need the kinect system...although maybe later on down the road i'll sell my wii and buy that instead, since it seems to be about the same thing, except you dont need to hold a remote like the wii.
  10. i dont know...why would i need a 250gb HD over the smaller ones ive seen? do they store games you can buy or something? theres also packages with headsets and stuff (which honestly, i dont see myself using. lol), extra controllers, some new one with a "sleek, new, design", some that come with choice of game, etc.
  11. i briefly looked around online the other night, and theres a slew of options, and i have no clue about these. i played my brothers a couple months ago and when i found out i was getting some extra tax $, decided i want to pick one up. im probably not going to have a whole bunch of games, i'll just borrow them from my buddy who buys new games all the time. what kind of things do i need to decide if i want/need to then determine which one i should get? would it be worth it to buy used off CL or something, or is there something i should watch out for with those?
  12. took a piece of that chicken in to work and let a couple of the people try it, and they liked it. still gonna tweak it a little bit. lol
  13. all NTBs? i dont think he took it downtown...as many times as ive tried to send him to derek, he just takes it to the one on scarborough because its right next to his house.
  14. anyone ever cracked a rim and been able to get it fixed? my buddy and i were going to a concert friday, and he swerved to avoid a pothole and ended up slamming into another...about a mile later we heard the flat and pulled over...the sidewall blew out (205/40's or 215/40's i think), and when he got it to NTB for a new tire, they found a 1/4" by 1" crack in his wheel. i guess the shop called somewhere, not sure where, and they told him $125. does this seem about right? also, anyone had curb rash fixed by them? i rashed his wheel (same wheel, lol) a couple months ago and told him i'd get it fixed, he just hasn't been pressed to get it done, so i figure once the crack is getting fixed, if possible, i'll get the rash fixed for him...its a 17" wheel and the rash is 1/2 - 2/3 around the wheel
  15. Sweet tea fried chicken was interesting...ill probably tweak a few things next time, but it wasnt bad at all.
  16. I dont use bp either...ever. ive had 0 issues with speedway, but to each his own.
  17. Adeem (pronounced A-D-M) - saw him at bernies YEARS ago...long enough ago i wasnt able to legally drink and got shitfaced thanks to a friend. lol. - stop wasting air http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6GBO3iqh_LQ - blind walk - sick battle from back in the day.
  18. wow...yeah, my steak cut like it was a baked potato, and tasted pretty good.
  19. decided to go here tonight after reading this...it really was a pretty good steak, and for $19.95 for steak, mashed potatos, and a salad, i'll probably go back.. although i did wish i saw the little table top ad thing on the back side that said 16oz prime rib for $1 more. oh well...good dinner either way.
  20. yeah...its not a great job, but its $. lol. get in there and then drive when you turn 18 and you can pull another $10-20/hr no problem.
  21. check donatos in gahanna or new albany if you can get a ride there or will have a car to drive.
  22. wiz's non radio shit is good...black and yellow is whack.
  23. yelawolf opened for wiz khalifa in september at the newport, and i thought he put on a better show than wiz, even there i was only there to see wiz...i downloaded a bunch of his music and am thoroughly impressed.
  24. i cant say whats the best, as i dont go out for steaks very often...id rather make one on the grill at home... but we just went to the elevator 2 weekends ago and i got a 14oz new york strip and it was $27, and it was simply amazing...i also love prime rib from hoggys and damons, but thats just chain food, so i wouldnt put that in the rankings.
