seems like it'd be a good day to be out...i started doing the floors in my living room then switched to a tshirt...was going in and out all day and was fine most of the time. bet the cars were running good with the cool air

shouldnt take too long to clean carpets...i took my old car to the detail place between acura and hummer of columbus years ago and i dont think i was there for more than 20-25 minutes waiting and they did all the carpets plus a spot on one of the seats where a girl dropped her mascara brush

yeah, 82" high. the door used to be 80" with a piece that was attached on the bottom, but when we put in the dricore subfloor panels to insulate the kitchen a bit, we had to rip that piece off. idk what it was...it wasnt part of the door, it had 3 nails holding it in. either way, now i can just barely fit a rug inside the door without the door catching it i would have had my buddy just raise the height of the frame 3", but then i gotta go into getting all the siding to match outside, the j channel, etc, more than either of us want to do.

$70 and i got you covered.

what would be the best way to do this? after finding out getting a 79" door custom made for like $600 vs an instock 82" for like $300, im weighing some options what i want in the end is a window on the top half of the door with the blinds between the window panes. i can get an insert thats cheaper than a new door, so i'd either need to cut a pretty precise rectangle in my current door, OR take about 3" off of the 82" door and figure out a way to seal up the cut parts. any ideas?

Tide usually goes out at night, not in...at least every time ive been to the east coast it has. Last time in SC started night fishing and had to keep moving further out to cast my line

Honestly, ive been so lazy i havent done anything to hide the gravel yet. Plan was mulch for this year but i never got the time to order it and lay it all down...it doesnt look as bad as those pics though because the grass grew back in where it looks like the concrete is like 3' out into the yard

to me, its always shit. ive been a few times and every time im pissed at myself for wasting $5 to see the same overpriced shit. when the S&W sigma's were selling for $250 at vances, i was seeing them there for $350-375. f that. i stopped and told a couple people looking at them to go to vances and save a good chunk of $. i was trying to trade my springfield XD subcompact with less than 200 rounds + $100 cash for a glock 26, and the guy wanted to argue with me over like $30 in taxes. i finally said screw it, went to the table next to him and got the deal i wanted, and made sure he looked over and saw it. i probably lost a couple bucks over what i could have gotten if i sold it privately, but oh well. i stopped going though. not worth the time or $

not to knock sam completely, but if you want, i can give you the guy who did my patio's info if you want. when sam came out to my place and i told him what i wanted (stamped concrete), he told me the stamped would be a good bit more...i told him that was fine, thats what wanted...when he got back to me with a quote it was for a swirl finish...the guy i ended up going with did it for about $200 less than what sam told me for a basic swirl finish, and i got the stamped finish i wanted 614.596.9742 - shawn kirk ...tell him evan wyant with the house near easton sent you... but i got it through this guy for $8 sq/ft. i think he used at least 4" of compacted limestone, but i didnt go out with a ruler, so i could be wrong...could be more, could be less. i know theres prob 10" on the far corner because the yard slopes down a little bit. im also pretty sure he said the grade was 1" for every 4'. i dont get water pooling up at all. you may have been the guy i PMed a while back about this, but im not sure anyways, pics below is what i had done, total cost was $3200 even for around 400 sq/ft (16x20 rectangular area of patio, 2x3 bump out for grill, 10' circle off the corner with 3' empty center for fire pit), guy came when he said he would, did everything on the days he said, everything was on schedule as stated. framed it out on day 1 and laid and compacted gravel, day 2 concrete was poured and stamped, and day 3 it was finished...also, i asked him about the rebar, and he said he could do it for more $, but it wouldnt be necessary with it just being a patio, and not going to be taking that much weight (foot traffic, table, grill, etc. nothing like a car/boat parked on it). had it been a driveway, yes, but a year later, mine is still fine. i think theres either 3" or 4" of poured concrete...im still a bit buzzed to remember off the top of my head old thread with all the pics - http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70955&highlight=patio shitty night pics once it was finished http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2769.jpg?t=1251948714 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2772.jpg?t=1251948714 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2773.jpg?t=1251948714

prob not here...when i go out to pittsburgh though, i seriously wonder how the F my buddy and his friends/family/etc get around when there is ANY snow on the ground without either studded snow tires or AWD with snow tires. for shits and giggles, i turned on my "mapmyride" app on my phone as we were leaving his house last time i was out there...he actually lives on highland (can see it on the map), but it started picking up once we were down the hill a bit. once we got down to 5th, it was fairly level. the majority of that decline was leaving his neighborhood. looking on googles elevation profile, its 289 feet decline...over what, maybe 3/4 mile? screw driving in that. http://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united-states/pa/mckeesport/498128248983017492

snow!? i hope so. got back from the bar and looked at my phone and the weather widget said it was snowing. it wasn't, but it brought a tear of joy to my face. fuck summer. haha
