anyone suggest a good tutorial i can WATCH where they explain all of this stuff? some of the threads ive seen here lately, and the fact my S5 IS is working again have made me want to finally take the time to learn to use this with more than just the auto function. i dont have anything besides the camera as it came, no extra lenses, etc, but im sure this camera can take better pics than what i have, as long as i learn how to use the functions. i'd like to find something i can watch on something like youtube, or similar. ive tried reading some things but they dont make much sense to me...usually when there are videos for new people, they'll explain it like im retarded, which is what i need until i can get that part down, then watch the next level up videos.

tortilla soup like max and ermas - only thing i changed is i diced up a jalapeno pepper really small and put it in. it was fuckin amazing. tortilla strips were hard to find, but kroger at sunbury/161 has them next to the deli counter http://recipes.robbiehaf.com/C/605.htm for potato soup, my mom gave me this one, and its amazing. Ingredients - 3 Large white potatoes - peeled and cubed 4 Celery Stalks - diced 1/2 pound bacon - chopped 1 qt. heavy whipping cream 16 oz chicken broth 7oz pesto (small tub) 1 sm package (4oz? maybe) pine nuts 8 oz orecchiette (its a pasta). Cook bacon in a large pot, add celery and potatos once bacon is cooked, but not crispy. Add whipping cream, chicken broth, pesto, pine nuts, and orecchiette. Turn heat down to medium, let simmer until warm and potatoes and pasta are soft. optional - add a can of summer crisp corn, drained. its good either way. i started putting it in the last few times.

I wish i could tell you the site we used to watch the game 10/9, but i had my buddy find it while i was driving to PA. It took him like 15 min but we streamed it in the car. You gotta be able to find something

i think its good. went to my moms today for her birthday, and took another 80 or so pics with no problems. glad all it cost me was a $20 cover and $15 batteries and that i didnt take it to the shop and drop $135+

either get an extended life battery, or change your usage habits. one thing i started doing sometimes, is if im not going to be on my phone for internet (ie, i only plan to use it for calls), i'll go into settings, wireless and networks, and turn off mobile networks. that way its never searching for a 3g or internet signal. i do this most at home, and with my power control bar on my left of center screen, if i do need the internet, i go over a screen and tap the wifi button, and im connected. if im out, its only 3-4 clicks to get the mobile network turned back on i had like 7 hours of usage and i think 32+ hours of up time last time i did this and watched everything also, bump charge your phone...charge it until the green light comes on, then turn the phone off and let it charge til its green. i usually unplug it and charge it till green another 1-2x, which probably isnt needed as it goes to green in about 5 min the first time and 2 min after that and i had an app killer, but took it off. i havent noticed a difference at all.

you able to get out and play some cards? i know getting out might be difficult, but you'd be pretty stationary while playing...i just started playing poker with some of my brothers friends on wednesday nights and on the 4th, my buddy is gonna have a big "between the sheets" (also called acey deucy) thing at his place sorta on your side of town...over by independence HS.

dont feel too bad man...i got up today to my g/f saying her moms tire was a little flat, then she stops over and said her and my g/fs grandpa found a nail in it...ok, no biggie, i'll take it to derek...when taking off the spare, one of the lugnuts got cross threaded, and one stud snapped i then got to replace 3 (was going to do all 4 so i didnt have to deal with them but dealership only had 3) studs and nuts in my driveway while it was ~37 degrees. FML.
