i didnt read a lot of this, but my sisters just went out earlier this year, julyish. they said the tank had to be dropped to replace it. my dads "friend" told him like $900 with parts, derek said he could do it for i think $425 with parts. they ended up just getting rid of the car because it was only worth like $2000 or so. -

i think my mom had them a couple years ago...did the surgery with a couple tiny cuts. down for a week-ish. shes fine now -
+infinity. if you call in and make demands and tell me what you're going to do, believe me when i say you're going to be told you have to pay the balance, IN FULL, today. if you're cool, and not one of these ass hats who think they're going to run the show, you will probably get something thats a lot more reasonable. might not be EXACTLY what you want, but i can tell you its going to be a lot different that exactly what you DONT want.

and they could say "we waited out this shit market for values to go back up...but if you keep your mouth shut, you can keep the lower tax rate for a few years until they reassess the property" the value of the home is only what you might/should get for it if it sells then. so naturally, in a shitty market, values are down. doesnt mean that the house you paid $200,000 for 5 years ago isn't a $200,000 house, it just means that the market is shit and no one is going to pay that for it right now

ive been thinking of going to an electric tankless hot water heater...a little more to run electric over gas, but electrics ive seen are up to 98% efficient, and i dont have to worry about the uber expensive double walled venting and placing the unit on an exterior wall 8 feet from window and a bunch of other gay restrictions like that.

have you checked with state farm? 856.2600, ask for alyssa.

i just feel a lot more comfortable having an agents office to go into. i can tell you that any time ive had the option to deal with someone over the phone, or in person, i always get much better results in person case in point - my bank. when my car was totalled in an accident in april 08 (not my fault), the person on the 800 number told me because it was totalled and not my fault, i wouldnt have to pay the early termination fee ($150). insurance paid, and gap paid, but i still had that portion left over. call 800#, and get told, "no, you have to pay that, blah blah blah"...when i went into the branch, told the girl what i was told, she called the main office or whoever, and 2 days later, my account was closed and i didnt have to pay the fee. dealing with people on a phone is a pain in the ass. trust me, im one of those people you gotta deal with on the phone from hundreds of miles away

Rich Courter. - State Farm 6751 Taylor Rd, Blacklick, OH 43004. (614) 856-2600 been with nationwide, progressive, allstate, and now SF. i would say i'm BEYOND pleased with SF. in 2 years, my rates have went from about 190/mo for just auto down to $83. i also love the fact that i can call the office and the girl there knows me by my first name. it would take A LOT for me to leave SF. edit - if you call here, make sure you talk to alyssa...shes the one who pretty much does everything. tell her evan wyant referred you.

i should show her this and say "look...a FEMALE said this...not one of the guys"...lol but i better be getting some of the nicer things off my christmas list and unlimited sushi dinner has already been negotiated.

well, im here for at least 3 years, unless i want to pay back my home buyers credit. hopefully by then, the market will go back up. im not worried about it right now, and i dont want to pay higher taxes than what my house is worth. plus, i picked up my house at about the bottom of the market, so it can really only go up from then. i doubt it will drop lower in 3 years. and if it does, nothing i can do about it...ill just be in the same position people are in now.

so just to update (since i know you're all in suspense over the outcome).. almost a month later, and still getting stories of "i called and requested XXXX" and still nothing here, i decided to do something about it. told her we had to run some errands, get her in the car, and take a 25 minute road trip to her insurance agents office. get paperwork showing she was insured on that policy from 12/18/06 thru current. called progressive, tell them that shes had coverage and this policy was supposed to be cancelled in 2006 but still having debits. she told us all we need to do is fax in a paper signed by her saying "please cancel back to 12/18/06 due to duplicate coverage" and send proof with policy number, her name, and car listed as being covered. said we can follow up in 1-2 days to get a status on a refund from premiums paid from dec 2006 until now. from what the woman told me on saturday, theres been $4,119 paid since 12/28/09, and there will be like 10 days prorated from dec 18-28, so maybe another 40 bucks. looks like g/f will get to pay off a loan she had to get from her grandpa (emergency root canal + no dental insurance), get new brakes for the mazda3, and take me out to a nice all you can eat sushi dinner. and still have $ left over. and big thanks to gaewsky1 for the info!!

speaking of which, this reminded me to get all my stuff together to submit my dispute to the auditors office...when i went downtown, the woman said because i just bought the house and have 2 appraisals, i probably wont have to even go down for a hearing, and theres a 95% chance they'll agree with me and drop it. will be nice going from paying taxes on a property valued at 115k to 78k. little over $500/yr

yeah...i took my pic in and had a hat on and my indians jersey, so my pic you can almost see the red line on my forehead from my had, and my hair looks a mess.

no, but there's a certain crowd that may consider it exotic. who knows.

yeah gander mountain is overpriced as fuck on guns. and when i was looking for a new gun that was $125 cheaper at vances, i asked GM about their price matching policy, and they said they would match the price i said fuck that...ill give the company who offered the lower price my business, over the company who has to lower theirs to match it. but i agree with the M&P compact. i carry a 9mm, which is 12+1 rounds. i *think* it was $499 when i was in on saturday. a little higher than when i bought, but everyone is in a rush to buy guns because they think they're going to be taken away, so prices have been driven up.. i also have a keltec pf-9 i carry in the summer when i need something a little smaller. its 7+1 capacity, and i can fit it in my front pocket. my next gun will be a Kahr PM9 that i can carry on my ankle. i can probably do it with my keltec, but the kahr is just too sexy.

they say franklin county takes a long time, but i think mine was like 10 days. i wasnt upset with the time frame, and i didnt have to make a journey to a neighboring county
