check the police reports homie, they don't lie, it is the highest crime area in Columbus The whole area between westerville road to the east, 161 to the north, karl to the west and all the way south of northern lights... highest occurrences of crime in the city. to be very specific, between 161, cleveland, morse, and karl, has the highest concentration.

To say what is going to happen now is going to be worse than the depression of 79-82 is a big stretch.. When we see inflation hit 18%, prime rate hit 21% and 46 banks fail between now and Jan 1 2009, then I will worry... You think the housing market is slow now... look around on the county auditors website and see how many new homes were built in 1979 and sat empty until 1982, you will find a great surprise

Same here, I have enough equity in my house (at the current devaluation) that it can be considered an asset and I could get a secured loan for 1 years salary off of it. that isn't the case for most people though.

A house is an asset, not an investment... your mortgage is what kills it by creating a liability.

It has to do with the fact of food being exempt from sales tax, so the costs in food production is also exempt. You have to apply and be approved to receive an exempt status. My parent's had exempt status for years due to 12 acres of soybean/corn fields.

Not to mention raising the capital gains tax. My bi weekly income is commision off of stocks in the portfolio I manage, talk about getting double fucked. He also wants to take away the oil tax breaks on exploration and drilling... I'm triple fucked
