    Check this out!

What would I have done? Start off by not having some random person come to my garage to take a look at something for sale.

    Couldn't Hurt...

No one allowed anything, the treaties on the international water borders expired
  4. Ah, I didn't feel like driving around so I just went back home. Isn't that what they are working on at Waggoner and Havens Corners? Or is that sewer? Also, I saw the bar in that new strip opened. I went to stop in with the woman and the parking lot was full of Impala's with 20's and just circled back around and out. lol
  5. Why was Waggoner closed? Oh and water co-op FTW

Per SEC regulation it is required that your account hold at least $25,000 (for day trading) in cash or a mixture of cash and equity. You will get margin called if your account value goes to $24,999.99. If your account does not hold this amount you will be flagged by the SEC and your account relegated to exiting positions only until your balance is above 25k. This does not include margin

I've never traded on the Nikkei, but my personal portfolio and my client's portfolio owns an Asian fund. Yeah, it is really the way to go if you don't have much money to invest and want to hold somehting for 15-20 years.

Do your research on "Pink Sheet Traders" before you even think about penny stocks

I have been hearing the tips on YUM for about 2-3 months now. I just tend to stay out of that sector. It is up around $6 since february.
  14. Westerville is just getting it in the ass. House on Maxtown and Tussing was struck by lightning and burnt down.
  15. SOME of his ideas are good, but his wackjob followers just make me not like him even more. "FREEDOM" "The Message" "Revolution" "The Truth" Sorry, but I, like many Americans, for the most part like how this country is being run. We still have one the best economies, health care professionals, freedoms, prosperity etc in the world. If I wanted something that different, I would move somewhere else.
  16. Ron Paul followers are what have turned me off to Ron Paul.

It's not only the research, but the balls to do it. In my management, I call the shots on what I want to do to grow the portfolio. I cared too much about losing my clients capital to do short term trades. Short term trading is all about instinct and guts.

My father owned twin-singles, rental houses and apartment complexes up until about a year ago and I can say first hand that apartments are the biggest pain in the ass if you want to do it right and not get sued and actually get your money. One or 2 houses as a side investment is good, but once you start getting multi-unit buildings, it is definitely a full-time job.

I run my own business as a portfolio manager. While I can't tell you what I think you should do, I can tell you some of the things I am personally doing. If you want to you can go ahead and PM me and I will give you some ideas. I have a great way of making a check every month or even growing your money at a decently low risk while maintaining a mutual fund type return.
  20. Classics on State St and Maxtown in North Westerville. 2 or 3 nice tables and a nice bar
  21. Cesar Milan has great methods for "power breeds". I always like what he says "rehabilitate dogs, train humans".
  22. I think if the "responsible" owners were responsible enough to carry the required $100,000 bond per animal there wouldn't be as much complaining about pit bulls. People would get bit (just like they do with any other dog) get their money and move on. Problem is, people don't have enough insurance and it causes a public uproar when someone gets bit. I only have an Australian Cattle Dog, but I carry a $50,000 insurance bond on her just to be safe.

    Working from home?

I work from home about 2-3 times per month. I like it when I do, but I really find myself having a different mindset when I am in the office. It's like I am more "on" in the office and more "relaxed" at home. I do find that I get more done when working at home because I get up at the same time and Dont have to drive in Dont have to get situated in the office Don't bullshit with the other people around don't go out to lunch Don't worry about going home at the end of the day. I really do feel though that if you take the amount of work done in the office and at home it really ends up being the same amount, just less bullshit in the middle at home
