Multi Zone Mini Split You would probably want 3 total heads if the upstairs is one big room. 2 heads downstairs, 1 head upstairs. Wanting to have different temps is your call. The ones we looked at for my In-Laws in Buffalo had heating coils. -

A mini split with mutliple head units sounds like a perfect system for your house. I don't think you can use a humidifier with them though. Typically the mini-split systems are super high efficiency and can run down to -5 or -10 for heat. -

Also, David Glimcher is notorious for this shit. I was talking to my dad about this project and he was telling me stories about when he and my Grandpa used to do a bunch of land speculating in the 70's - early 90's and he would come in and say he had all these plans and they were greenlighted etc etc etc, but never actually have the money for it. Then everything would fall apart when they couldn't get financing. His words "I cannot tell you how many land developers just stopped listening to Glimcher"

This is their lead Marketing and Development person https://www.linkedin.com/in/lennimale/ She is local to me and was telling everyone in the local Facebook group that the project was a full go, etc etc etc. I responded that they hadn't even submitted Zoning yet. She replied that Zoning was done and approved by the Township. I then posted the screenshots of Berkshire Township reps and their official statement where they said nothing had even been submitted. Silence since then.

All the land is still zoned A1. While it is in the PMUD which will make the rezoning easier, it still has to happen, which hasn't even started yet, lol.

That's pretty much Berkshire Township's take on it currently. The announcement was about obtaining money, not about actually launching the physical development. And most likely the "control" is purchase agreements that are contingent on the zoning and development being approved.

The Berkshire Twp Assistant Zoning Inspector Dave Meade said that they do not have any controlling ownership in any of the parcels, they have not submitted any plans whatsoever to zoning, and they have not spoken with the township about their plans.

How much are you having moved? How much did she have moved? We had a living room, a dining room, 1 bedroom, and a workbench with no boxes moved for $600 about 6 years ago. For $1,800 we had 175 boxes, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, finished basement, and part of the garage.

I paid $1,800 to move an entire house with Leaders. Boxes and all. 2 Men and Truck wanted $2,200-$3,000 because they charge on time.

My sister sold her house to some flippers and they took possession on March 8th, are doing less work, and I dont think they are as far along as you guys
