They can refund it with a drivers license, I use to do it when I knew the person bought it there. If it was ordered it probably still has the PDQ sticker on it so they know you got it there.

I'll probably pull it off and take it in just to check. The test was one of the mobile testers at Advance Auto, definitely not as accurate as a bench tester. Luckily the battery is under warranty for another year, so I want to figure this out before I have to dish big bucks for another one. Thanks guys

Quick question if anyone can answer it, trying to determine if my alternator is at fault here. My battery goes bad every year, almost clockwork. Got my alternator tested and its putting out 13.8v and 4.9amps no load, 14.3v and 4.9 amps under load. The volts look good, but those have got to be some low amps, its just weird that under load its not changing at all. Any idea what could be causing that? But it appears to not be putting out enough juice to fully charge the battery. Thanks.

They're almost all made in the same factories, just find a good deal. My Dad does factory inspections overseas, and he stays away from HP if that tells you anything.

I saw an ad on woot from this company, Storm Lake Tactical, that apparently is up near Cleveland (Westlake specifically I think). Luckily I only ordered a backpack because I've gotten no response from the company, and from what I've seen I'm not the only one as of lately. Had a walther p22 for the wife before, she liked it a lot, but its not going to do much for her if she actually needs to use it for protection. Great for the range though (ie cheap) She claims she wants a revolver, but I don't know anything about them, never had one. Was looking at an XD or sig 9mm compact, might need to go rent a bunch for her too.

I second this. Bought a real nice pelican case on amazon for only like $35, but I can pretty much fit one pistol and one magazine. I don't like the locks on the side because you definitely need two locks to keep it shut, but it is sturdy as hell though. I also have a small three pocket range bag that just holds two sets of the eye and ear protection, ammo, and some cleaning stuff.

Have to write a letter to the justice dept stating your reason for needing to carry, need five references, standard background check, gun course, and need to post all your info (name, address and phone number) in the paper stating your request to get a CCW. then you still gotta wait up to 3 months to get the license. When that is all said and done, its a may issue state, so the judge could still deny your license without a reason. I'm not even bothering while im here
