There is a man that just got done eating dinner and he was on his way to a party. eh, GPS arent that accurate at giving true ground speed, especially with some basic direction-finder. If he was on a steep decline he could be going 62 and it would still say 45 on the gps. They both have their technology, how do you prove which piece of electronics inaccurately read the boy's speed? You really can't
