  1. I have no problem paying, but they have that listed at $18k on their website (http://www.moxeemusclecars.com/1989_Ford_Mustang%20Saleen_Moxee_WA_256374940.veh) which is nearly Terminator money. Prolly could call then up and offer $15k cash but still more than I really want to spend. My budget is up to 10k. I spend $10k or less I'll be much more compelled to drive whatever I buy rather than park it in the garage and rub it with a diaper. I want a toy, not a show piece, so I gotta temper my spend to that thinking.
  2. Mmmmmmmm or this but likely outta my desired budget http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Mustang-Saleen/201586084196?_trksid=p2047675.c100010.m2109&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D36465%26meid%3Dda181eb867b94ba0b31467bf633733c2%26pid%3D100010%26rk%3D5%26rkt%3D13%26sd%3D191870637407
  3. Complete package; clean car, lightly to moderately modded but I want it to look mostly stock (wheels are okay), V8, manual, convertible. Here's an excellent example of what I'm thinking -- I emailed this guy earlier. http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/cto/5584007814.html I would LOVE this, but not a vert and I only have room for one car right now. Always had a soft spot for the '82... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Mustang-GT-/191870637407?forcerrptr=true&hash=item2cac61955f:g:keoAAOSwJQdXCY-4&item=191870637407
  4. This. Marc is the best.
  5. Astute point. It's mostly nostalgia, but I also just don't like those cars as much as the Fox. I don't really like the SN-95 cars as much either, so I think I'm taking that generation off the list as well. I also have a deep soft spot for the 5.0 Windsor.
  6. We share it. I think I get custody back for Christmas this year. Also, I want something I can mod. I can't really/don't want to mod the SVO.
  7. Thanks Brian! Good call. Forgot about foureyedpride too, I always loved the looks of a 1985 GT vert.
  8. Not where as in geography, where as in what forums or where online... Brian -- what groups? There is a lot of bullshit on Facebook. Ugh.
  9. It's been a while since I did much automotive related stuff, let alone pay attention to Mustang stuff. I'm in the market for a clean 82-95 Fox, probably a convertible. What's the best forum(s) to pay attention to nowadays? I still have a login to Corral.net but it seems kinda quiet over there. Thanks
  10. Why do folks collect pictures of Anthony? You have more pictures of him than I do.
  11. THE SERVER IS DOWN
  12. I have no idea what any of that means

  15. No, it's not possible. Need a reader.
  16. They drive very nice. Better than the previous gen Mustang.
  17. "Has had a "clunk" in front suspension under a hard shift since I bought it." One of the following, in order of likelihood: Intermediate steering shaft Upper motor mounts Front struts Lower motor mounts Some other minor front suspension component (end links, etc.) None of which is a problem at all, all are very cheap/easy to fix, and almost all 2004's have the noise. Still can't get rid of my clunk and the only thing I haven't done yet is the front struts... so you know what that means. At any rate, good luck. Good looking car.
  18. Saw one of these in testing garb with the camera camo in Maryland. Fucking bad ass looking balance to it.
  19. Add Dad to the mix. Wait, what does that mean for me...
  20. Hell, I'm still driving a Grand Prix. They're fucking turds, but they're known quantities and I can fix them pretty fast. Rebuilding the transmission in mine this weekend, in fact.
