Nope, not kidding. I only base my opinion on I70 and I80 going to/from Utah and Ohio. Of all the states those two Interstates pass through, I found Indiana to be the "best" as far as lack of idiot drivers. Of course, I always plan my drive to avoid any major cities during rush hour times so YMMV.

Uhm, Ohio drivers are a godsend compared to the fucks out here in Utah. I've found Indiana drivers to be some of the best though.

I finally picked up the HTC Droid Eris. Freaking love it. So far, my only complaint is internet and/or GPS is a battery killer. Other than that it's fantastic.

If I remember correctly, the family mentioned in the article was killed because he couldn't get the car to turn off. He wasn't aware that holding down the ignition button 3 seconds (I think it was) would have killed the car. No key to turn off. Not putting it in neutral was the drivers own lack of thinking though.

I recently helped a couple high school kids change a tire on their car, in 20* weather in the dark morning, along side the road with no street lights. Well, actually, I just provided light with my head lights since he was already fumbling around with the tire iron. Anyhow, he got done and was on his way in no time thanks to having the light. I didn't even get a simple thank you from him. No matter, I felt better that day anyhow.

Whether it the birth of Christ, Astrological followings, Economic revitalization, the simple act of spending time with family, or the multitude of other Religious activities that take place during that time. 15% is for doing the "normal" routine of serving me, and I adjust up or down from there depending on level of service. IE keeping my glass filled, checking to make sure everything is OK (but don't freaking bother me every 30 seconds) etc etc. If you are an awesome waiter/waitress and are busy as hell, I will tip greatly. If you absolutely suck and fail to refill my glass, or ever check on me, your tip gets docked accordingly. We had a waitress at Texas Road House on Valentines day that got a $20 tip on a $30 bill. She was the best damn waitress I'd ever had, and given the time and how busy she was, she deserved it. I also had a waiter at another TRH who never came back with a single refill (though we asked him TWICE), didn't bring us more rolls, and generally forgot we were there. He received no tip. My tip to you is for serving me, not something that's mandatory because you have the inconvenience of having a job to do.

Fuck Direct. They have shitty ass customer service that only and always "understands" your complaint, but don't do shit about it or for you. They aren't a part of the Better Business Bureau, so you can't file any complaints against them to have mediated. And if you complain through them they direct you to their complaint department, which is only available through email, no direct phone numbers to talk to anyone for disputes, so good luck actually getting anyone to give a fuck about your email dispute. I was burnt by Direct, fuck them and all they "provide", which is just shy of proper lube before your royal ass fucking.

The MazdaSpeed 6 drivetrain under the Fusion would make a nice quick-to-production SHO.

Box in the frame, paint it. Explorer IRS or solid 8.8 with 4 link. New fuel and brake lines. Fuel cell. MS-II Bigger turbo, header, exhaust. Re-paint. Redo interior. New header panel, core support, front bumper, head lights, OR maybe an 04+ front end swap. Some sort of brake upgrade for the front. But honestly, this will take more than winter time to complete. But its down to bare frame now getting ready to be boxed.
