  2. well maybe you dont drive where i drive, i have a 40 minute trek to work with a road that drifts a bit. you are the driver i pass thats doing 15mph that shouldnt be on the road most likely.
  3. this is ohio son, you need awd. i like the 328xi or the 335xi, freaking pimp, as Im getting one of those once some junk is taken care of in march. but those are a tad out of your price range, but you can opt for the 325xi or 330xi which would be in the $15k range.
  4. more like 8000-10000 calories you got to feed all that muscle mass
  5. i am working on getting to 8% body fat, so my diet consists of eggs, protein shakes, chicken and rice, then eat normal on the weekends otherwise i lose to much muscle to fast.i aim for 1500 cal a day with 2000ish on the weekends. this diet allows my digestive system to feel a lot better, but i dont have the energy like i do on a 4000+ calorie bulk. which consists of semi-dirty eating. the older i get the more i have to narrow down my diet to stay leaner, but i am getting leaner and more muscle mass then i was when i was younger.
  6. I bend my knees, unless your doing stiff legged deadlifts to work more of the hamstrings bend your knees. once you get the movement down right increase the weight, you lift to build muscle, you will not get "to big" unless you eat a lot and then some. also a woman cannot get to bulky unless she is eating a ton too. she doesnt have enough testosterone to build a lot of muscle. dont read muscle tech or any other fitness magazine, they dont know jack, all it is is an advertising scam.
  7. i reached my goal weight of 200lbs a little over a week ago and now am in the cutting phase to strip off some fat, currently at 195, aiming for 8% BF at the heaviest weight i can did a 425 raw paused bench, but only a 470lb squat and a 565lb deadlift so far, still working on them.
  8. she should be able to get on social security disability, as with going to dialysis every week she wont really be able to work. my friend had to get on it during his ordeal.
  9. this is what i have, great protection, and fits in pocket good, cheap as well. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300495139480&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT
  10. you get what you pay for.....
  11. A close friend of mine had his kidneys fail on him two and a half years ago, and just got a transplant about 4 months ago. He is 35. sorry to hear, hopefully she will recover and get a transplant soon if she needs it, I know how hard dialysis was on my friend. with her being young it will move her up the transplant list. ill pray that things go well.
  12. well we have those that dont work, then others that dont work hard.
  13. roll it over to a IRA, i would roth it as that little you wont have to worry about fronting massive taxes.
  14. sounds dangerous, as your attorney i would advise against it.
  15. that's great, good determination and will power, keep it up and you'll be healthier and live longer.
  16. wow some real exercise equipment that actually would make progress on somebody that uses it. if someone wants to get in shape they should snatch this up
  17. not a pro, but getting close to elite, pretty sure i can lift the most weight out of the guys on this board, I dont drink beer, or drink very much in general, but i have been hitting some hotties lately funny how people are suborn and wont take advice to get to the next level, so you can kneel down and kiss something else....
  18. http://www.gearfuse.com/wp-content/uploads/andrew/5_apr07/cabestan1_1.jpg Sweet!
  19. how are your abs coming then? are they visibly thick? can they support a 550lb squat? if you work them lightly you can work them every day not making much progress, but if you really work them and increase their strength then they need as much rest as any muscle group, fact of the matter if you work them like they should be worked any group needs the same time for recovery.
  20. you do know about material costs, overhead, and transportation costs right. there are a lot of costs that go into a product. I dont agree with making kids work, or treating workers poorly, but wage per cost of living is different over there.
  21. lmao on slowbolts anarchy philosophy, really really hahahaha wat up Chomsky...... lol
  22. thats not really true, as if any muscle group is exhausted it still will need ample time to recover, most times though people do wimpy workouts where it doesnt take long to recover, ofcoarse they dont really get results. thats why you should SlamFukinWeight and not pussy foot it in the gym to get real results. muscles only grow during the recovery (resting) phase. providing you give them proper nutrition as well.
