Seriously I really just need suggestions for new routines. I need something new to try and it be effective I dont feel like doing the routine I did since high school. Why is it my post count doesnt seem to ever go up, Ive been on here for 5 yrs and not even a 100 posts->random thought of the day

Well my whole working out routine has taken a complete shit since I have left the pimping and late nights, all due to my girlfriend, and using the excuse of throwing my back out lifting too much. Ive put on 11 pounds in 4 months and the six pack is on its way out to be replaced only by a round plateau of what once was. So need suggestions or a little motivation. Right now im 207 6'1" and I eat constantly but this has never bothered me until now, maybe my metabolsim slowed idk. Already know i need to stop being lazy, but what our some good routines to quickly (real quick) get back in shape, supplements to take, and the things I should eat, i dont eat sweets just alot of meat.

You know living in south and having a powerhouse of your conference suck balls make it hard cause I cant even form an argument against even my own girlfriend whos a florida fan and knows nothing about football why the Big 10 is better or just as good as the SEC. Im an Ohio State fan to the fullest, but Michigan sucking this bad is not good for anyone except the opposing teams, the most I can hope for is Michigan to have a horrible year, and the rest of the Big 10 do well, and of course Ohio State to dominate everyone else.

Whatever happened to the whole "good teams play above bad play calling"? I agree that the offensive pass interference was questionable but the refs gave them the holding penalty and a whole new set of downs. To me it doesnt matter, a W is a W, and if billick wanted that touchdown he would of put the rock in McGahee's 40 million dollar hands.

You know as much as I dont like Michigan, them losing to a 1-AA doesnt help much for the Big 10 conference. A powerhouse of a conference shouldnt be knocked off by even the lowly of the 1-A schools. Plus I would like Carr to keep his job just enough so Ohio State will beat Michigan every year. Michigan sucked so bad they dragged us down a little.

Our shop as had this problem but not to much, we just have insurance for these things, And we leave a big scrap pile out back for pickings. The main thing is leaving tools outside for even alittle bit, they'll run off with your tools then one of their friends comes back and will try and sell it back to you, have had this happen a couple times

And charging us as home viewers to see it. What happens to the mid-tier teams of the league when a supposed better teams will be playing, will they not get any air time? I thought the whole idea was to gain national exposure so said team has a better chance at playing for a national title, and making a better name for the conference to get at-large bids. I wonder if any of us living out of Big 10 areas will even get to see highlights of Big 10 teams.

Quick question on the BTN Right now I live in georgia and my roommate order the ESPN Gameplan. But now I just read or misread that I wont be able to see any Big 10 games because of the BTN, unless they're picked up by ABC, ESPN, or ESPN 2, and the BTN holds the exclusive right to air the game if they show choose. Is this correct, I cant justify going half on the gameplan and not being able to see at least more than 1 or 2 games for the season. Im really considering getting Direct TV just for the channel, just my roommate wont get rid of the cable.

This is what i did had my for a year now no problems, its been banged, dropped, and rained on and still no problems. I only use my to work out so buying an ipod for the extra money didnt make sense to me.

I have another idea. My dad owns a body shop up in columbus, close to campus on 5th ave., u could just take it to him and Ill have him color match it to a piece that i mail to him so he can paint it and then he'll ship it to me. My dad would pay you of course. If that sounds good let me know.

I checked some vacuum lines at lunch but its a 100+ out today and I didnt put much effort into it. Where should i begin looking for this line? Thanks

I have a 98 monte ls and the air only comes out the defrost and floorboard vents no matter where the switch setting is. I was wondering what might cause this some kind of vaccum line? or the swith is bad? But i dont think the switch could be all that messed up cause when I but the air on it kicks the compressor on just doesnt blow out the vents. Like to get some quick responses on this cause Im in Georgia and the heat has been kickin my ass.

Yea I bitch about the 4 months every year cause were always either getting ready for a deployment, coming back, or preparing to prepare for one. And its not like we just go ourselves we pack up all our equipment, from a laptop to M-923s everytime gets old, and if we dont have enough to do in the AOR we have an exercise over there too. And we had to do site defense, im tellin you its just the nature of the squadron im in most other AF units dont do the same and I envy there jobs, well I envy being on the non-operational side of the air force. Its sucks not having a local mission in the states. But yea it could be worse I couldnt imagine the long deployments the other branches do. Ive spent time on a army post 8 months at Ft. Gordon, and 3 up in NJ for training with the army and its pretty much the same to me. Keesler AFB wasnt bad at all though especially since I was there through out mardi gras pre-Katrina.

Almost forgot cant move out of the dorms now until 3 years in and stuck with crappy chow hall food. And if your droms were like mine no ALCOHOL ALLOWED it sucks. But hey you have a free place to live - kind of, got to pay for cable -. So you make about 1200-1300 a month for 3 years while having a car payment, cell phone, cable, internet, insurance at least I did and I wont lie I struggled paycheck to paycheck. Well I could of avoided this be getting married, (not gonna happen). Also co-workers come from all walks of life mostly it seems like the kids I picked on in high school (yes i was/am an asshole to some individuals), just dont have a certain idea of the kind of people your gonna meet cause when it comes down to it you have to work with kids that cant take care of themselves, alot of people with bad higene, a couple virgins into their young 20's (3 in my shop), supervisors with no balls, women that arent much of anything outside of the Air Force but when they enter these guys hype them up so much they think thery're actually hot, and constant talk of WOW, and all the dam safety precautions to everything. Its all in your personality and my honestly doesnt fit well, I would leave (like i said its not hard to get out) but I want to clear my debt before I take a step back into the civilian world which I truly miss. so if you join think about everything I lost my scholarship and jumped in without thinking and have regretted my choice ever since. But hey at least the Air Force has taught me a maketable skill that I can use once back in the civilian life.

Currently Active Duty in the Air Force here stationed in Georgia. I do satellite communications in a combat comm unit and absolutely hate it. Between squadron commanders blowing smoke up everyones ass, and having their pissing contests while working us to death, you realize they dont really care about anyone under them. You have no rights really to independent thinking, not to mention the Air Force is trying to trim down the number of people this then pretty much screws you if you get in trouble Ive seen 4 of my friends kicked out in the past year due to being late, having parties, or failing PT tests. I deploy 4 months(were enabler unit so we dont fall under the normal AFI) every year and constantly have exercises to remote parts of steaming georgia, and constant inspections, and the job I had 4 years ago isnt the same job I have now(Meaning as the air force changed so did the responsibilties of my afsc). Ive done security forces augmentee(hated it- they eat they're own, and the deployments suck also was "voluntold" to do this), Honor Guard (by far the easiest three months you can have). Lastly my AFSC is satellite communications but on top of that you have additional duties(paperwork programs that dont make much sense), making sure i dont go non-progression on training even though Im fully qualified, what the hell? Superivising troops, writing eprs, keeping excellent on pt scores, always moving furniture or vehicles every week which qualifies me as a 'custodial engineer', landscaping around our building cause the contractors are not required to do it, maitaining shiny boots when I build pallets every week, maintaing a nice looking uniform with starch even though its about 100 degrees and at least 80% humidity everyday, having to wear a hat all the time outside in this hundred degrees wether its to smoke a cig or work, and lastly that i have for my soap box today having to wear mop 4 chem gear today for 4 hours outside to fulfill some requirement. - And another note PT test scores are messed up even if youare the most athletic person and max out push-ups, sit-ups, the mile n half run, but dont have a 32 inch waist you cant score a 100% even if your like 7'. I had a friend lose his job cause of this, he didnt max out all categories but would have been marginal, but do to his size his waist would of never made it down to a 32 and they dragged him through the mud for a year slowing taking rank and eventually kicked him out, this was a guy who had firewall 5 EPRs. I dont know how it is at other places for Robins AFB is the only place ive been for 4 years, still have 2 to go, but that is the trend here. Wish anyone else the best, but if i could do it all over again i think i would have gone guard or just struggled to pay bills through college.

Just asking questions about 2002 Mercury Cougars. A buisness partner of my dad down here in georgia is selling his wifes mercury cougar for $4800 for me. Its 5 speed, leather, power everything, sunroof, 17" wheels, 71,000 miles, new tires, breaks, no known problems this guy is legit been doing buisness with him for awhile. And if I trade him my worn down car, he will knock down the price to 2300. My question is are there any major issues with these cars that i should look out for, and would you take the deal.
