  1. Im with Andrew...Its all around a very odd idea... If you are just getting a different set of "shocks" then that is one thing, but and actual coil over...No. What product are you trying to buy?
  2. Cool - What is down on the floor now? different hard wood, Tile, Carpet? I will text you (price) that wood from lumbar liquidators is GOOD wood . Also are you buying it pre finished? Looks like they have options for both ways. I like the 3.25 wide boards, seems the wider stuff is more "trendy" in the current climate.
  3. Beyond laminate they have the "engineered" hard woods which is what I would go after. However I have laid both types, real hardwood, takes longer, laminate, any one can do that, and then engineered hard wood a combination of the two. Really its about having the right tools and taking your time, a proper pneumatic floor nailer, electric mitre saw, and some misc hand tools and patience and its not to bad. Put down your under layments, measure your gaps around the walls for your edge moldings and "float" or "expansion" in the floor and square nail the edges and then you're off. Bob what kind of flooring are you using? You already purchased the material and or have a picture of the room? My business is slowing down on the golf side, I may be able to work with ya.
  4. That kid is better then Shazier, no shaft. He ate us up when we played them. His "on paper" stats may not be Shaziers but his on the field playing is better from a pure linebacker perspective.
  5. Conspiracy theorists unite - Rumors are swirling, all related to the Harris (human) poll in its make up of the BCS calculations. This is the final week for the Harris poll vote this season, it is a public vote. This is also the final vote for the Harris poll period. It will end with the new playoff. The Harris poll was solely created for the BCS. Now the fun part. OSU wins and in...unless there is enough of a revolt in the Harris poll voters...Say the voters decide to go YOLO, they cant loose their votes for the future so there is no reprecussion, the poll is over, why not go out supporting your conference/ team/ ect. SO the voters then move OSU to say 6-7 even with a win over MSU. IF enough voters push OSU down the ranks this far, and IF Auburn win then you could potentially see them surpass OSU... As the margin will be tight. The Harris poll is a joke as is currently so it will be interesting, and while this is very grassy knoll, it is fun to speculate.
  6. Really this is the nail on the head. History sets precedents... Undefeated is great for 23 games...We just have not played and SEC team during this run (a top sec team)...I like to hate on the cheaters in the south as much of the next guy but as ESPN puts it the "cold hard facts" are they are a better conference. The big ten is just average, when your third best team wisky gets beat at home by PSU...come on... And while Jimmy beat the RazorBacks (which was vacated) OSU is 1-9 or something vs. SEC... Why would the media perceive OSU to be able to run with the south dogs? Yes they may have some bias, like NBC and ABC during election time...You can not simply tout about being under appreciated and the media having bias; yes the resume "looks" good, 23 game winning streak, , Heisman Candidate QB, top rated national offense, Top rated defense (which pains me to type), Urban Meyer, ect, But what is all boils down to is 2 of our BEST teams in the last decade got BLOWN OFF THE FIELD by two of the BEST teams in the SEC in the last ten years...We hold no candle and should hold no apologies. I hate being the hater, but I will continue to be a pessimist until I can be proven wrong when it comes to facing SEC...Hell I think FSU is a better team then Bama and I like OSU against them more so just due to the stigma that surrounds this school against the SEC... Oh and the fact our D-Line played awful against a BUSH league Michigan, and our secondary still loves playing 13 yard cushion, and we have one good linebacker...and over all our defense is not up to snuff. But win and they are in... A shot at the belt is better then no shot I suppose.
  7. I would argue this group below has three guys just as comparable...Less Spences "speed" which is the only think amongst this group that blows away the stat line. Bosa is great especially for his age, and "rumors" are little brother is better (scary), Spence is getting better he still needs to hone that raw talent, Washington reminds me of nathan williams to this point (again to this point, lots of potential yet injuries hampering him) , Defensive End – Cameron Heyward, Nathan Williams, Solomon Thomas, Melvin Fellows, Daryl Baldwin, David Durham, J.T. Moore Defensive Tackle – John Simon, Dexter Larimore, Adam Bellamy, Jonathan Hankins, Garrett Goebel, Evan Blankenship
  8. Add back in Bryant, and its closer. As is... the 06 defense had some serious athletic talent. Everyone wants to believe the players are "so much better, faster" now then it was with Tress. I would argue its similar, Tress did not recruit duds...We were slow on the offensive lines more so back in his time, although even then those guys with any coach but Bollman likely could have been better. This defense is getting there. But they have to ALL get it in the same game. Roby now needs to up the stock, better start hustling, and no more Abracaderis games. Doran Grant needs to keep up the solid work he is putting in, we dont need a world beater here, but we need to continue to feel good 1v1 man coverage, he is going okay. C. Brown. - average...average...average...he is just out there and a target to pick on CJ Barnett - shows some good times and bone head times... His cover 2 needs cleaned up, late at making decisions at times. BUT if he focus's well he isnt a liability. Perry - Come on son hurry up...You have the paper stats, now learn to be a linebacker...Its coming, slowly but surely (I know that was not his position in HS), which is "nice" but we need more development, faster. His speed is helpful on the egdes and containment he is better at, needs better gap control though and some zone work will come with game time. Shazier - Play like Indiana every game, like a Bauce. "played like it was his last home game"... Grant,Williams, whoever - Grant poor guy, for being the best Linebacker recruit in the country, his brain is too scrambled. Just didnt make it. Williams shows promise, but again young and you need a little more. This is a hole right now for the defense...not a good hole to have. The D-line ; I feel like they are starting to get it, Bosa is a man child, and I cant wait to have his brother as well. Spence knows his roll and is playing better and better, washington if he can keep healthy is just gaining momentum, Bennett is a workhorse, grinder, hard working and doing well, Hale and Schutt are plugging the run games up, they are okay. This is obviously the strongest part of our defense Overall - the d line when they are motivated can be everything we want to them to be... Linebacking is really Shaizer...this is obviously a weak spot...Secondary I dont feel overly bad about on the edges, but the safety play is average...
  9. No secondary effects on the environment. Propaganda. At least B1G basketball is dominant.
  10. Weird in v3.0 .... http://www.mstillsucks.com/images/umstillsucks/1500days.jpg
  11. Bollman and Tress did their best to help the SEC... Neither game was close in the LEAST bit. And provided the best launch for ESPN to leverage... (yes the TP Razorback hog roast was good, it "doesn't count") Fun article and while its a bit conspiracy theorist, I am certain there is a certain level of measured cynicism. Do you think ESPN is happy about the B1G network? Im sure they are jacked about Foxsports1 as well... Choice is good.
  12. Right my point is, Hypothetically beating any team by 70 (Indiana hung a fair amount on MSU) and then lets say Baylor eekkks out a 1 point victory over OKST, by "luck"; why shouldn't they carry similar weight in some manner. Yes they won vs a "top ten" team however lets pretend this happened with FSU and say Bama... FSU blows out Wake Forest by 70... Bama beats a top ten "Auburn" (whom shouldn't be and it were not for a comedic end of the game would be behind MSU) by 1, FSU would not pass Bama... What I am eluding to is what is the point to having subjective "style" points when really they do NOTHING to ac-cert your position in the rankings when other teams play a subjectively higher ranked teams, no matter how great the margin of victory is. How do you weight a massive blowout vs a ekk out ranked team?
  13. I can predict one thing. OSU can win by 70 over Indiana and Baylor by 1 and they will pass us in the BCS. Ill take bets starting now.
  14. I can predict one thing. OSU can win by 70 over Indiana and Baylor by 1 and they will pass us in the BCS. Ill take bets starting now.
  15. Baylor jumped OSU in the AP.... SHOCKER
  16. Keith Berrys car had the 1/8th mile, and "should" get the 1/4 but ole Willing/Grabriel/Carlyle racing has him beat ! Good Job Mark, Tom, Jared -
  17. WUT? Rolle is still playing in the league - Started with Philly now with shitsburgh, and still playing. Small or not he had the instincts a linebacker needed, and was a great play maker at OSU, and has not dissipated into the abyss in the league. Shazier gets a little crazy and over commits and lacks a true wrap up tackle many times. He is good, but I would say his growth from last year to this year has not been "immense", if anything I do not see much difference, personally, however I am not a coach. This is a good team - a top 4 team for certain I would argue with anyone, however objectively saying OSU is the best team is ignorant. Play Bama, they are the benchmark. Saban recruits the best,(pays the best) and has the best schemes for the talent pool he has. Urban is certainly on Saban's level however.
  18. Personally I think scores would be along these lines OSU 24 Alabama 31 OSU 28 FSU 27 I think FSU has great talent, however I haven't seen them play competition like Bama, and they are the benchmark, sorry but they are. Until they are beat I cant feel confident. Our guys are good, but rightly ranked at 2-4 in the country from my eyes. Bama looses convincingly and I would change my tone, but they haven't, and I dont care about the shoot out with Johnny football, they still won at a level they are not used to, outscoring opponents vs controlling the game. OSU for all our strengths we still have BAD weakness's and Urb made them clear. Our Linebackers are about as poor as we have had in 10 years... Even Shazier is not the level of Rolle, Laurnaritus, Wilhelm, Hawk, Carpenter, ect ect. Perry is young and while smart, he needs time. Curtis Grant is god gifted with FREAKY physical ability, and god gifted with no football IQ. IF we had three solid linebackers, that D line would shine even more, they are a good enough unit. The secondary is above avg, you just need Roby to buy into for a few games vs seeing payday, you need bryant back in the worst way, grant is okay, not a play maker but not a liability, and our safteys are just avg still. This is where the short comings are, and they are big. You play FSU and famous will scramble and hurt out secondary pretty bad I fear, as we just dont have the line backers to corral him. Bama we would be better suited for because C Grant can run stop, however again, poor safety play and mediocre linebackers will hurt the Bama freight train handing off the ball...And heaven forbid we load the box and AJ has one on one on the outside, scary thoughts especially if you consider what Aberd-cadabera (wisky) did to our 1st round draft pick. If these guys can continue with this "click" and each game that defense grows, even against poor talent, then if they soundly handle scUM then I say we can hang, but you have to handle scUM and really if you get MSU in the champ game, for as good as their defense is their O is bad, they were dumb enough to get Bollman after all. IF you cant beat MSU by 14 and feeling "semi" comfortable then there would be concern, if you did, bring on the big boys and lets benchmark. Glass half full...
  19. there always seems to be about a dozen crashes at that event - everyone goes yolo...
  20. They are starting to blur together now...
  21. Fox sports 1 is refreshing - The only and relevant alternative. Give them some more time, they will have a good network.
  22. I was just about to post redline Motorsports... They are a VERY intelligent and professional shop.
  23. Tommy is going to make sure they put it on KILL... This engine will peace out after the weekend but it will go fast!
  24. FDR is quite possibly IMO the worst president in History... When many see him as the "greatest"... He was worse EASILY worse then Obama in a relative sense. Yes he got us out of the "great depression" and he was mr. jingoism... However he was a dictator I mean socialist idealist whom started a lot of shit to roll down hill.
