To me the camaro, but its real close. I find that the braking on the mustang is decent, however if you stab the brakes the car feels like it is going to fly out of control (sorta like a understeer feeling), that I can not get over. The camaro doesn't have that problem

I have some LS3 headers off a camaro, and a vette I believe.

We run into this issue with MSD wires all the time in the vettes with forced induction (ala higher EGT temps) . The plug boots are iffty most of the time because they make it difficult to seat the clip onto the plug, especially in crapped quarters Sams bemmer. I would look into grantellis 1500 degree wires, that have a life time guarantee, they also have resistances in the 25 ohm and under range, however they are not cheap of course.
