    Thanks IPS!

The dual mass flywheels retain to much inertia at high output and are brutal on clutches, and they suck up a good deal of power.
  3. DJ , we do general repair to them quite often. If you would like to have him bring the car down we can try an estimate the problem for free.
  4. Brad likes turbos! Its a nice bike.
  5. Bring the new toy by and we can exchange ideas on how to improve your new investment. Congratulations.
  6. Get a stock LS7 clutch, and have Southbend reclock the pressure plate, and reface the cluttch disc, all of this for 275 dollars, and you have a stock pedal feel and 725 ft/lb capable clutch. We have been using this combo as well as Katech quite often, and we get rave feedback. You can find used LS7s for cheap all over the place on the corvette forum, even brand new they are cheap (250 ish think) Other wise I would say there are endless possiblities, ACT has released their new twin disc line, and it is pretty cost effective for a twin. We have sold a few all ready and I have not heard bad things from my customers, execpt that they are loud when compressed, which is semi common for twins. Southbend also has a Stage 4 ofe which is rated to right at 700 680 ft/lbs and is a full face metallic clutch which will hold the heat of drag racing rather well (similar to the LS7 reworked clutch). If you have any other clutch in mind I can help you get a great value, so let me know if you need any help pricing ect. Good luck

    Thanks IPS!

I upgraded my B5 A4 to a single mass steel flywheel and LOVE it over the suck dual mass from the factory. It is not so much lighter that the car has any bad driving characteristics, just a little better throttle response, and much less inertia on the clutch. We are i think the 1 dealer of SB clutches in the mid west, so we should be able to help you out. Also Shawn, good to see you again, and thanks for choosing our services.

  15. I would pay off all the Debt you have, with the Bond markets in a bubble (from most experts) you are going to see interest rates on the rise (with in 1-3 years), and it will be a very bad time to carry any debt if you can help it... Then I would same it and wait for the bond markets to go nuts, and drop the dow back down to around 4000, and start buying assets for NOTHING . -Regards

  19. Just as an aside, our dyno reads considerable lower then ALL the dynos in Columbus (check this thread). http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74943 this car made 30 less horsepower on our dyno then a mustang dyno just 24 miles north. But this can go own till eternity, dyno arguments that is. But hell soon enough you may be able to dyno both on a awd mustang, and awd dyno jet dyno's with IPS -Regards
  20. It was the only case we have had directly associated with us, I am unsure of any other occurrences at their facility, but to check the valves would be in my opinion a waste of time, as they all look similar to a certain degree, and we trust that we are receiving what we have ordered. To take the time to disassemble each head and check each valve after they come completely assembled would be rather counter productive. Regards
  21. "as advertised" is not a concern . Also as a summation of your lack of information, the heads are not a embarresment, as it was not our mistake, unfortunatly our machinest made an error, and the matter was resolved with a 100% refund. Good to see you yesterday as well, hope everything works out. -Regards
