http://www.docsmachine.com/galleries/ironstand.jpg See now that is the gun of a someone who is just buying shit to say they have it. That gun is set up so unbalanced its rediculous. Yea i bet the airsoft is a bit more fun the more guys you get, i just never could get enough of the Speed ball tournys. With just under $4,000 in my one gun alone, i too ditched it because it was just getting too pricey. One night at practice, a PRACTICE, i spent just over $300 on paint... just paint. That was the last night i played. I think i was into it more because at that time, a lot of new shit was coming out. Me and my guys came up with a few tricks that seem to be common practice today. The Z-grip for the automags was something that myself and a teammate Seth came up with because we usually held our guns up near our shoulders and got tire of cocking our wrists all wierd. So we went home and milled a grip to fit backwards and wallah... the Z-grip was out. I came up with the first air assist comfiguration... i used 4 nipples and lines as opposed to just one or two, but the effect was about the same. Our biggest success was the drop forward. We just took a bottom line kit and turned it around and fed it with a microline instead of a stainless one. It worked very well and caught on pretty quickly. After that though, the only thing we came up with was the double trigger... pull in it fires, let out it fires... once the "turbo" mode came along, it was instantly a waste of time... it was too hard to time it to shoot right. That more than anything was probably why i played as long as i did. ill probably never play again, but it was fun while it lasted. I will always have the memories of the 13 vs 78 battle in Lexington... it sucks to be out numbered 6 to 1 off the start, but to lose by only 2 men just pisses you off

Does ANYONE know if a TD05 compressor housing, uses the same size snap ring, as a TD04 compressor housing... specificly, will a TD05 compressor housing, fit a TD04 center section, given the correct compressor wheel is used?

Know i personally dont see it to be an issue with japanese people wanting to see the monument. If they start lighting off fireworks and having a party... then we have a serious problem. I mean after all, it wasnt the vistors who did it. Perhaps they want to see history up close and personal... to see how dumb the entire world was at the time. I would deffinatly go to a japanese monument. Sure you can read about the destruction and look at pictures... but to actully be there is somehting differnet. I wouldnt be proud of it, but at the same time... that was way before almost any of us. I mean realy, there are people like my uncle Bob who would probably kick every Japanese persons ass if he had the chance because of Pearl harbor... shit he shuns anyone who still drives a Japanese car. But then there are people of the younger generation who are going to be the same way in the future about the middle east because of the USS Cole, 9/11, the British subway (i had family there at the time)... so sure, ill be the same way in the future... but about what happend in my time, not what happend before me.

i didnt know you had to drive it to work ... I did hear that the 572's have a pretty usable power band though... im sure the MPG's will suck, but it might be drivable.

Ill agree with you on the maturity part... back in the late 90's when i played, we were all pretty crazy and extremely vendictive during games. I got into Speedball... an indoor 100ftx100ft square with up 20 people in it. We played full autogames @ about 370fps. I tried airsoft... but it was just too open and almost felt easy to me. Its like Will Smith says in BAD BOYS, "Na, this is where its at... POINT BLANK, up close and personal." I think youda had more fun if you would have had a better gun too... Tippmans are garbage to begin with, just like a autococker that isnt timed right(anyone whos owns a older 'cocker knows what im talking about). You should have gone with something like a base Kingman Spyder (very inexspensive) and dumped a couple hundred in parts into it. Theyre like Glocks... theyll shoot no matter what. I dropped one in the sand and picked it right up and it fired like a champ. Theyll shoot in the watter too. Of course the paint breaks do suck, but there are LEGAL tricks to help clear paint. Me and my guys used to soak our barrels in Rain-X over night and then if a ball broke, you just tiltted the barrel down and shot once and all the paint was clear... like it never happend. We tried ptting baby powder in the hoppers too... turns out thats illegal but for tournament play but it works too. The inaccuracy has to do with the paint you buy. If you buy like Brass Eagle paint, shit is going to break 10-15% of the time and its going to go everywhere because the casing isnt perfectly round... mostly do to packaging, they get little dimpples in them. Better stuff like Marblizer is good paint, a little more costly but the breaks plumit and the accuracy sky rockets. Now we played with ProBall Platinum back then... about $90 for 1500 rounds. That shit had about a 1% chance of breaking if not less, and shot strait as shit. The longer you play, the easier it gets to both prevent, and deal with the shit parts of it.

I need a really heavyduty snap ring tool for taking these turbos apart and puting them back together. I bought one from Craftsman, and sadly enough, its the only Craftsman tool ive ever called a complete piece of shit... and this was the biggest, baddest thing i saw on the shelf. So who makes either A: a better one, or B: a specialty one just for turbochargers... Anyone know? Searching the internet and ebay as we speak...
