To gain muscle, you actully have to pack in the shit youve gotten away from... satuarted fat, and TONS of calories. The calorie is a unit of potential energy, like a BTU. Doing the right things will turn those calories into usuable energy that can build you long term muscle structure that never goes away. I remember a time when i was about 210 and filled out a Large shirt prety well, but now as 235 240, i fill it a bit too well, and am stronger and FAR more powerfull than i ever was... to get there though, i bumped my daily intake from about 3000 calories, to almost 6000 during the summer and about 4000 during the winter. if i really wanted to, i could fill an XL in about 4 weeks. I found a very oddball combination for pure energy though.. really by accident. 1 "meal" in the morning kept me going all day long, and helped me sleep at night. 1 32oz Gatorade - fruit punch 4 twinkies 1 snickers bar And thats it. It was enough to let me snow ski for about 8-10hrs w/o feeling tired. The only problem is that you cant stay on it for more than about 3 days... becasue on your forth day, you pretty much crash... in a similar way to the 6th day of a water diet. This is by far not even close to being healthy, so dont take it as that... but it works... i dont know why... but it works.

Someone mentioned something about the Pledge of Alegence... thats an issue of the seperation of church and state.. not a racial battle. Specifically, the words "under God". As an athiest i refuse to say those words of the pledge, but i still say the pledge. The problem is, becasue its ben taught that way for the last century, it only sounds correct and complete if said with those words, so the easiest way to fix it is to just not say the pledge at all, rather than having a silent gap in it. As far as the noose goes... i think that this was all after shocks of the recent school killings. Im sure some of you heard about the Black kids that made fun of the white kids, so the white kids hung a bunch of nooses rom a tre in front of the school.. wel the black kids threw a fit and killed one of the white kids, and then all hell broke loose after that. I can almost garauntee thats what sparked this.

No, because im faster than the computer is... on every track... with almost every car with the exception of the Formula 1 and Toyota/Bently GT1 cars. I ran the Minolta and the Nissan around that course pretty hard, and never came close to the 787B. Im actully faster around almost every track with the 787B than i am with the Formula 1 car.

memorize it in sections... there are three major sections... everyhthing before the bridge, between the bridge and the high speed back section, and betweent the back section and the finish line... it only takes an hour or so before you start to remember every corner. i found a video of someone faster than me... hats off to them, but i didnt mess with suspension either... so im sure if i knew how to mess with it, i could be faster. found someone that is 45 seconds faster... something seems fishy... it does 245mph, but never leaves the road... that car cant be making that much down force...

You know why it tastes like crap? becasue the company is more about uniformity that making it how demographical customers like it. Thats why my PCA is shot... the specs arent correct for the people i serve, so i change them, and give up my chances for bonusing on the quarter. To elaborate, i used an extra $1,068.71 in food cost in period 10.

it depends on the change in static height from the factory camber angle center line. If you drive it up and it sits factory hieght, and drop it 3 or 4", then yes, its going to be noticable from the front if your paying attention... if you drop it an 1", then no, you wont see much difference. it also depends on how far away the upper shock mount sits away from the vertical center line of the stance. The closer to the center line, the more travel in suspension that is allowed within acceptable camber change limits. Look at a RC truck... the shocks are mounted close to the center, and allow all kinds of compression w/o much change in camber. But when the shocks mount further away from center line, you have to sit the truck lower in order for the camber to be proper... or shorten the shock length.
