I talked to one of my buddies who is a state trooper. He said, call the county sherrif to do a "buy bust" for this quad. Obviously, the victim will have to bring his proof of ownership....but out in this area, this happens a lot. So this dude will get his quad back.....if it's his....and the Mayle dude will get charges pressed against him.
