Yea, Rampage continues to impress me with his professionalism. I don't know him personally...but seems like a good role model. A lot of the guys are, but Rampage goes from looking like he's going to kill anything he get's in the ring with to....just sheer humbleness. Rampage is a really good guy The rematch, may not be the same....it is a 50/50 chance.

The Lytle/Koscheck fight was a goats vagina.....on the rag. That shit bled like crazy. I can't believe they Griffin won. I was pulling for him, but I wanted the decision to be just point blank in your face. Forrest can take a beating though. What great presence he has to not getting knocked the fuck out. He would get tagged a couple of times and just back out. I was impressed with that ability. Forrest seemed very crisp in the early rounds. 205 is one hell of a wieght class

Cell phone crew: Verizon Glyde, Dare. iPhone 3g? Opinions plz.
Conesmasher replied to JaSSon's topic in Dumpster
I think all of these phones do different things well. The Glyde seems to be a little lower grade phone than the Dare of the iPhone....IMO> If TV is important to you, what about the Instinct. I have heard that this is where it's at. But you could probably get all of the same via youtube via iPhone, or possibly third party apps on the iPhone. The Dare has a really neat interface and from my perspective is the closest thing to an iPhone that's not an iPhone.......but I think that all changes when 3rd party apps come about. Name the top three things you do on your phone and then it may help people give a little bit better perspective. -
I often wonder how up to it regular people would be. But if you could buy gas in gift cards, by the gallon, and not by the dollar.........would you? You would be effectively speculating on gasoline, but would it be cost beneficial?? What do you think? Looks like someone wants to sell you the solution. http://mygallons.com/index.html

Yea, I was thought they were going to light up the sky. On the brightside......I don't know how much worse it can get?

Oh I know. I researched your posts to figure that out. I wanted to make sure I struck that chord. BTW, I can't seem to come close to my minutes package. I hit 200 minutes last month. I don't think I've hit 1000 EVAR!

Maybe it's the drugs? lol There's no love loss, I didn't throw any gernades, just some opinions. I'm not saying you are a control freak, but wishing that we could control the world sounds like one. I wish we all could live in peace too. Oil is hard because everyone wants to point the finger at someone else, and typically in one direction, where the factors numerous. I brought up the cell phone to illustrate that people are affected by oil prices as a matter of personal choice. I choose to drive a gas powered car, just like I could choose to pedal/walk to work. I choose to talk on a cell phone for communication, but I could also choose to meet in person. Oil companies want your money, but they don't force it down your throat....we all make choices.

My wife works for OMSC http://www.oral-surgery.cc/ Great doctor, typically covered by dental insurance, but always depends on your coverage. My wife works at the Lewis Center location. If anyone needs help, let me know and I'll see what strings I can pull. May not be able to get $ off......but probably can help you move up in line.

beating the gas discussion into the ground
Conesmasher replied to wnaplay1647545503's topic in Dumpster
China happens to subsidize gas prices....and is showing signs that it may discontinue or reduce the benefit. I think that China is going to feel the wrath of itself in the next 3-5 years. The attempt to control the markets and manipulate it's currency, is going to come full circle. -
how dark is your window tint and how much you drive that car?
Conesmasher replied to Rustlestiltskin's topic in Passing Lane
I'm 35% on both cars. I've had 20% and sometimes it actually affected my ability to see at night, but I also didn't like being harassed. 35% is the stuff. -
The problem becomes teaching science as a religion as it can interfere with ones personal religous affiliation. Some believe that science surrounding theories of creation are garbage as well. Who's to say the "Big Bang" is better or more right than "ID"? I'd say you can't say one is more correct than the other, as they are both theories with.....faith is involved in both of them, as their is some leap from what is known to what actually happened. The idea isn't to persuade children into religion, but to give them the knowledge and let them make the choices on their own. If you talk about big bang, evolution, or any other theories.......it is only right to bring up other such theories. Belief is a matter of personal choice.

My attempt at a real answer aside from guns, alcohol, and random alien babbllings. It seems like your somewhat of a "control" freak. There is no way to control all of the people of the world from their own ignorance. There is absolutely no way to end violence. It is hard to understand the perspectives of the people around the world because we have not walked the miles in their shoes. We are NOT above cavemen, we are the same beings. We have not evolved that much in terms of intellect. (the chain is a strong as it's weakest link philosophy) In order for us as a "being" to have evolved......everyone has to be as evolved. If you had half of the worlds people commited to "non-violent" measures...........very Ghandi or MLK like action...........there is going to be another half who don't care about the measures others are willing to take. They sense the opportunity to sieze power by force, and will leverage that. Ask any world leader who has siezed power of a weak country and leveraged their misfortunes to the leaders objectives. Give a man a million dollars and he'll look for a million more, give a man one wife and he'll wish he had two, give a man a million soldiers and he'll figure ways double it in size. It's our obsession with finding something bigger, badder, better, faster, lighter........and never being content with what we've been given. Is it really? Do you own land? Since it doesn't really belong to you, how about if I build my house right next to yours. I understand where your coming from, but the need to establish boundaries is a human trait. People want their own wall, their own rooms, their own showers, their own things. Since your car was built with "not your resources"....how about letting me borrow it? It's a shame you won't share your house wiht everyone whenever they want. I'm not trying to be an ass, I'm just using an illustration closer to home. It's not only a shame that people charge for land.......it's a shame that people actually pay for it. I would have to say, that it's a shame that other countries, organizations and people think they can bully us. I don't think that we are bullying them as much as they are bullying us. For some reason there is this illusion that the US trys to control the world. We rely on the world now.........China is scared that we'll quit buying the products they continue to produce......Russia is scared that oil prices may collapse, sending them back to the stone ages.......There is a distinct set of checks and balances throughout the world keeping things even. Sometimes the pendulumm takes a little bit to get from one side to another.....but it always swings. I thought you said you were without the ignorance gene. I choose to buy gasoline, period. So do you and so does everyone else. A fool and his/her money are soon parted. Maybe you wouldn't work for a profit, but they refuse to lose. Aside from that, I promise, no one will "bail" big oil out if they lost money. Oil is much bigger than oil companies. Oil prices are a result of many things not limited to: Oil companies Shortage of supply Supply chain disruptions Refining capacity Over consumption Foriegn country oil subsidies(ie china) deflated dollar speculation lack of new oil sources I'd beg to say it's a shame that cell phone companies feel they can mess up the economy just to make an extra buck.....0.45$ per minute over my limit....so what I talked 1000 extra minutes....that's $450. Little more than my gas bill.......how dare they hate the economy that much, just to make an extra dollar. $250 bucks for a RAZR2.....how dare they make me sign a two year contract!!! WTF You always have a choice..........you choose to drive a car being powered by gasoline......so does everyone else, you can always pedal or walk, they are really options. Just like I have the ability to buy a prepaid phone sans contract. People always want to point the finger, but refuse to look in the mirror.

beating the gas discussion into the ground
Conesmasher replied to wnaplay1647545503's topic in Dumpster
Need a time-line. We will run out.....in a few hundred years. NO one will agree with you. There is a turn around happening in the market right now, it's just hard to see. The dollar has dropped to new lows and people think that times are "bad". Current inflation is about 4.2% and the fed rate is 2.00%, which means the United States has negative real interest rate of 2.20% (Formula: Real interest rate = Fed Interest Rate - Current Inflation) To have a sustainable recovery, Bernanke must raise rates above 4.20% in order to have positive real interest rates. If in inflation levels come down in combonation with Bernanke raising rates....in will eventually lift itself out. Gas may never be $1/gallon.......but it may be $4 for a long time. -

Bring back the Whiggs..........what will we call our followers? Whiggers??? I hope that's not too Don Imus I'm a pretty big Glenn fan. His main two mediums, TV and Radio are two completely different forms of his personality. I really dislike his TV show, but LOVE his radio show. Radio is truly his fortay. I think people like Glenn because he's real. He doesn't always think he's right by everyone, but he thinks he's right by himself. I think of him as a regular guy. He know's what the gutter looks like and now he guides himself with a strict set of principles which he lives his life by. I respect him highly. We don't always agree, but there are many things I understand why he belives the way he believes.

It really depends on the language of the policy. It follows the person and it can follow the car.......depending on the language. The company the insurance company that I work for typically works in this manner. If you were driving my car, and had a two-car collision, and we both had liability policies, your coverage would be primary and mine would be basically non-existent. Had you NO policy whatsoever, then my policy would kick in and protect you and me. Before we actually changed our policy language, what you said would have been correct, as we didn't define who's policy came into force. In a court of law we were on the hook for soooo many claims that today we would not be stuck on.

Horse's ass, funny stuff. I have said and will continue to say....it's about freedom not fairness.

And as soon as that happens you have the right to call authorities. If dick-head damages your property, just sue him, you have that right too. "The right to swing my fist ends where the other man's nose begins."

A FA gun is no more a threat to somoenes life than any another other handgun out there. All it takes is one bullet to end someones life. The bullet doesn't care weather it's fully automatic or manual. Just because someone would choose a FA gun, doesn't mean that they consider someone else's life less precious, perhaps they feel the need to have more protection from others who intend on harming them. They obviously have the right to a "well regulated militia". Having FA weapons on the "streets" may not make the world a safer place, but having FA weapons in the hands of "responsible law abiding mentally competent and stable citizens" should definitely make the United States a greater place to live. 936,000 deaths by cardiovascular disease 553,000 deaths by cancer 69,000 deaths by diabetes 65,000 deaths by influenza/pnemonia 43,000 deaths by motor vehicle accidents 36,000 deaths by renal failure 31,000 deaths by blood infections/septicemia 28,000 deaths by firearms A FA is more dangerous, but should not be limited. Just as a Hummer is much more danerous in a crash, than a Chevy Aveo. However both have the right to own one. Motor vehicle accidents are a much better argument than people realize. Most people don't think of cars as FULLY AUTOMATIC WEAPONS. I believe they if not the same, they are as close as it comes.

For goodness sake....Sprint does lie. It hasn't killed one iPhone yet! For realistic purposes, I think the fruitphone is a much superior product not having owned either the instinct or the iphone. The sdk for the iphone was the smartest thing they have EVER done. The have drummed up support by people who want to make a buck, not just by those wanting to look cool. If the instinct had windows os, it might be better than it is, but still not better than the iphone. And for $200 on the iphone......that is a killer f'n deal

As close to right as it gets!!!! Many policies follow this rule. If the driver of the vehilce had liability coverage, typically the drivers policy would be primary. If the driver had no liability insurance then your "collision" coverage would kick in....and fix your car. They have the right to sue your "at fault party", but that's up to them to subrogate losses(get their $) I believe Nationwide's policy allows for permissive use, which typically states that whomever you give permission to drive your car........will be covered in the event they don't carry their own liability policy. However, there are policies out there that are so restricted......only the named driver can be driving....and have coverage. In your case it seems like his policy will pay out, but as a courtesy Nationwide probably wanted to alert you just in case you didn't know. His policy will more than likely pay.......and then he will get surcharged for his "at fault" accident. Don't fall into this does the insurance follow the car/driver discussion, because each car insurance policies language is different.

Driving in a car presents much more of a threat to my daily life, than does those who own a gun legally, or illegally. Look at what kills more people in America.......the car.....or the gun. It's about freedom......freedom from the government.....freedom from your neighbor.....and the freedom to make your life what you wish.
