Need some insight.....just tried to fire up my ELECTRIC oven and all of a sudden, bright white light and a much hotter than any other part section of the oven element. The element appears smaller in the section where the bright light came from. Now I'm not stupid, but I think the element is shot? Anyone with experience on this? Does my issue sound like a shot electric element in the oven?

So this summer, my vacation will be started with a wedding of my wife's family member in New Jersey. I figure it'd be a great time to go sightseeing up and down the east coast. New York City Boston .....and the list goes on Does anyone have any suggestions on what we need to see on the East Coast ? Interesting sights?

Word. I follow apple shit like white on rice and there are so many rumors flying around it's amazing. I do love seeing what the general public percieves though.

I typically rock Verona or Italian Roast from Starbucks. There is a definite difference from getting coffee freshly ground vs buying it ground from Krogers. I don't grind my own, but I brew it. I've had Breakfast Blend, Pike Place, Verona, Italian and always willing to try more. Love getting starbucks fresh, but that often costs more and adds more time to my day. Coffee bags from starbucks contain a valve that will allow air to escape, but will not allow the air to come back in, so if you wrap it tight enough it will help the coffee not go stale as fast.

Are the images on Google Earth any better than on Google maps "street view"

This is the money they took from the gov't. I mean if you can borrow "X" billion and get rid of "X" billion times two, you win. GM's employee base hurts them very very bad. With the way they have retirement package set up, they are tryng to shift liability from the operations to the union/retired workers.

Keep it simple, remember how long you plan on being in the market. I'm 27 and probably don't plan on retiring for at least another 35-40, should I be lucky enought to live to be that old, that is when I plan on using my 401(k)/IRA. So I try to remember that I have damn near 30 years. Selling parts is an expensive, inventory intensive business. I would recommend starting with service. Service, service, service. It's all about the service. Either make yourself competitive from a price standpoint, or offer something that some else doesn't (ie higher quality)......maybe you could offer both.

Everybody continued to say there was going to be some crazy ass snow storm aka the "bliZZaRd". I checked all the local TV station websites, weather channel and no one made mention of this craziness. Glad to know I can depend on Accuweather for all my inaccurate weather needs..... I was really wondering how people knew what the weather was going to be one week from now when people have trouble predicting just a couple of days ahead.
