You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can, and will, be used against you in a court of law. If the police didn't stop me randomly, I wouldn't need to exercise my right to remain silent. These laws have been in place since the country was founded. FOUNDED. By all means, if you'd like to say 'no' and move on, it's your right. If you lie, it's going to be used against you if you go to court. If you'd like to tell me I'm being a pain in your ass, then you have every right to do so, and that right is protected in the same bill of rights that protects MY right to remain silent. If I can cite cases where people were murdered by registered, law abiding gun owners, does that mean we should no longer allow people to own guns? Same bill of rights.

When I was working out I had no problem sleeping at 9:30-10:00 and I'm usually up all night. It'll put you right out.
