    Saturday 17th

As long as the weather is good, the gray car will be out
  2. I don't think Brandon has it. Maybe it's at a non CR friends house.
  3. I loaned one of my engine stands out to someone and can't remember who. I don't need it back, I'm just curious as to where it is. Thanks, Matt
  4. A 15/16 will be fine, it's only 1/64" or 15.6 thousandths larger. The only effect it will have is the male threads will engage just a hair deeper. BTW how thick is the material that you are drilling and tapping? If it is less than 3/16" you should use a weld on bung.
  5. That's an odd size, might be hard to find even at a machine shop. A 15/16" might be easier to locate, just how accurate does the hole need to be?
  6. Largest I have here is 3/4. But when I have needed larger in the past I first used a compass to mark the hole, drilled out as large as possible, used a carbide bit to enlarge, and then cleaned up the hole with a small flapper wheel. If you can't find a bit, your welcome to use the above of mine.
  7. All cars built for Canada have had daytime running lights for quite some time now.
  8. I drive through that cluster fuck twice a day, can't wait for it to be done. Judging by the picture, they still have a lot of earth to move
  9. I might cruise up from here in Johnstown.
  10. Any car with cup holders was never meant to pull more than 1/2G

Thanks. It's not an LS1, just an old school circle track small block.

Made it out after all. Didn't get a chance to talk to anyone, just BSing with Keith the whole time. Didn't see any competition anyway

I'll be at the thrift store with the SB2.
  19. Sounds like a good plan. I'll try to remember to ask Jimmy what shocks he used and where he got them. The axle brace I was speaking of on drag cars is made from either a split piece of tubing or a channel that runs across the back of the housing from end to end. Probably not beneficial to off roading just high torque launches.
  20. Tubing for the axle housings? Are you planning on making some housing braces similar to what most drag cars run on the backside of a 9"
  21. I can cut some for you on Monday if that is not too late.
