  3. I believe these fit an 09-13 dodge ram. These are factory side steps. Asking $200 OBO will consider trades. These are used. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d87/wnaplay/th_zpse54da3fc.jpg
  4. Dan is a good guy to deal with for anyone thinking about this. Even if you have to disassemble this to move, straight out of the box these go together fast and even faster when all you have to do is unbolt the tops of the wires to remove the legs and a few other bolts to fully disassemble. Even someone with no experience can put this back together in about 20 mins after removal, well 2 guys. Glws Dan someone should jump on this.

  8. 2007 dodge ram 1500. Filled up today and drive to Salem Ohio and back. Mapquest put me about 162 miles each way. When I got back the odometer said I had went nearly 600 miles. What would cause this? I have 20" factory rims but I don't know if they are factory for this year or truck, would having the wrong size cause this? I was out of gas the same place I filled up this morning. I don't know anything about this truck or if anything has been changed by the po.
  9. The issue with the old odyssey transmissions came down to having a non removable filter. I believe they changed this in 05.

  11. Plenty of people with felonies get decent jobs, its all about how they present themselves, approach the job and answer questions about their legal issues.

  14. I have the whole adjustable receiver. Adjusts from 7 3/4" drop to 6 1/4" rise. Uses a ratchet to adjust height to whatever you want. I have the versa ball setup on it.
  15. I have this one with a changeable ball. http://www.pplmotorhomes.com/parts/rv-hitches/adjust-height-ball-mount.jpg
  16. I am not sure what any of that means. Rooting and all that is beyond my skillset. What's the difference between the nexus and lumia?
  17. The sellers agent had a checklist of requirements(paperwork) that needed to be met. I met the requirements and made a full price agreement to their terms which was made with zero contingencies. My comment regarding mls referred to the fact that once they decided to advertise the property to the general public, they opened themselves up to anyone capable of the terms and no longer could state it was a private sale. This conversation isn't to try and find a way to get this house in question, more so to clarify the legality of what seems like nothing more than "accepted practices" vs. definite legal dealings. Consumers have rights for a reason and just because this one hasn't been challenged yet doesn't mean banks/realtors are operating legally.
  18. I am wondering , just because they do if that necessarily makes it legal. I believe its illegal to price something low with the intent of causing a bidding war or in an attempt to manipulate the market. In my scenario I came in meeting their requirements 100%. Once they decide to advertise, in this case via mls, is it still considered a private sell? Consumers have rights regarding this very scenario in any other area, why do they not carry over into real estate, or have they just not be challenged yet? If we have seen anything lately its that banks aren't above illegal dealings in an effort to manipulate their market.
  19. Through some connections I was able to track down the person who is in contract with the home and he's now experiencing difficulties with the contract/bank. After reading online about others who experienced a similar situation I began to wonder how this works. In Ohio I believe its against antifraud laws to list something for sale knowing you never plan to actually sell the item for that price. Car dealers/retailers cannot advertise something for sale knowing they wont take the price marked as a real sale price, how are banks able to do this? Isnt this essentially bait and switch?
