I definately would like to find a place where we could do outside meets. But there could be no bullshit whatsoever. This would be my families livelyhood and my reputation. I owned and walked away from a business I had a great reputation at and it was very successful. I would incorporate what I have learned running it and try to make it a successful and nice place for people to want to spend their hard earned cash. This is not a huge money making venture. If I can live as comfortable a life as I have now without losing money and provide a great service as well, than that is what I am hoping to do. I certainly would never have a run down looking building, or lot. I cant stand having a messy area so people would have to abide by the shop rules of keeping things as neat and as organized as possible. I understand you can only do so much when your working on a car but I have been in shops that were a complete disaster. They looked like shit and people treated them as such. I would certainly hope people from cr would have respect and I am confident in this. I appreciate how hard people have to work to make their money. If someone is willing to spend it on me I will offer the best service I can.

Each car spot will have its own fenced in area which the owners will be encouraged to lock. I need to figure out a size for each area and an appropriate fee. I need to make a decision on wether or not I think people will only want to rent for a few days while the work is being done or will want to keep them in long storage.

Hopefully the clientel would be a little more upscale-ish. I certainly wouldnt want it to look like the outside of a junkyard. The size I would be looking to open might determine this. If 1/2 of the people who say they are interested actually participate, the building will stay full all the time and we wont get any "customers" walking in. I just dont want to undersize myself. Or oversize to the point that if it tanks, I have a huge payment each month.

I started this thread in 05. I have been researching it ever since. I am always willing to hear some good advice. Vehicles will have to be insured. Insurance is requiring me to seperate each bay. I am just waiting to hear if I have to build full partitions or if I can chainlink them apart. I am trying to figure out a good sq footage for the building based on how many people will actually utilize the service.

Resurrecting. I am putting things in place to possible bring this to fruition. No guarantees, but I have found a company who is possibly willing to insure this type of establishment(cross fingers). I am going to look at a few buildings tomorrow. Anyone like the idea of an airport location? Or off 670? How big of a bay would you need to work on your car?

To me love is when you would rather do for that person than yourself. You consider their feelings before your own. Your in love when you know without any convictions you would lay your life on the line for theirs. You work hard without major complaint just to provide her with what she desires. You selflessly give up your dreams to help her have hers. Everytime you see her it reminds you how much she means to you and how beautiful she still is to you.

My son got what I hope was a good deal on a little chinese 4 wheeler needing some work. I have found a site to get the parts from but I am unable to start it do to the cover the starter bolts to being broke, not to mention a few other reasons. Is there anyway to tell if the engine is good without starting it? The stator is out and it doesnt have kick start. I am hoping to get this thing put back together real cheap. Parts are pretty cheap as is but I dont want to dump $ into a dead horse. I have never messed with one of these before, although I have built a bike a few years back so I am only about 90% retarded. Anyone want to take a look at it for me and possibly make some cash getting it going or anyone know about these thing, in Reynoldsburg and want to swing over and give me advice? Thanks If not, I will probably tear into it tomorow and hope for the best.
