  1. it's running good but he stated it shut off a few times at a light. it always started right back up.
  2. There will be basic/festive cakes most likely 2 tier zebra print in varying colors. As stated a buckeye cake was made this afternoon that is ready to go if someone is interested. A basic cake can be had throughout the week if ordered in the morning, it would be available later that afternoon. Of course the more detailed cakes require more time depending on the design, typically a day. The weekends are a bit more tricky if you call on a thursday and need a cake for friday. If this starts to become the case, employees will be added to help with the demand. If anyone is in this situation, needing a cake on short notice, dont hesitate to call and see what can be done.
  3. Used my brother in laws cheap telescope last year to view the moon. I was really intrigued.

  5. Well hopefully this is a done deal. I drove the car on the freeway over to the guy selling the cassette coil. I honestly didnt think I was going to make it it was running so bad. Put the part on and it was like a whole new car. For safe measures I went with a new crank position sensor and new vacuum lines. Thanks for everyones advice and encouragement.
  6. Good luck http://www.dot.state.oh.us/damagereport/Pages/default.aspx
  7. So glad or boxer has never slobbered.
  8. Whatever way they pronounce it when you call and place an order, duh.
  9. Corrugated stainless steel tubing. Are you sure you have enough wc supplied to run everything at once? Have you caled the 800# on the box to see why they are suggesting 3/4" run? Maybe they are figuring its a new code thing accepted trade wide or that may be what the figure will supply the location used based on the longest length method. I would first call the supplier and then calculate my usage for everything runnig at once to see if in fact I have enough coming in.
  10. Thats the game plan. Hopefully by tomorrow this thing will be back home and I dont get a call in a day saying it wont start again. I have never worked on a car or tried to diagnose one with multiple issues that seemingly arent related. Not fun.
  11. What about the 2 other brand new ones that it was replaced with? Are you suggesting excessive heat caused by the engine running so poorly or by a bad coil pack?
  12. Its been posted by I am not searching for it.
  13. Update. I spent the day searching for this coil pack and was only able to find one that was priced were my brother could afford it locally but it looked like hell. I got ahold of a guy who fixes saab's and he is reluctantly allowing me to put on one of his used coils to test with and if it fixes the running rough issue than I will go ahead and buy it from him. I hope the repeated starter replacements were caused by him continuously cranking on it when it wouldnt start because of another issue and not something causing them to fail almost instantly. If this coil pack fixes the running rough issue then I will be left with a not starting when hot issue, if not it will probably just be sold for parts or traded in on something else. I am hoping the starting when hot issue is either the neutral safety switch or maybe a cam/crankshaft position sensor. I will clean off the oil around the spark plug holes, torque the valve cover down to the right specs, put new plugs in and replace the dryrotted vacuum lines.
  14. Who is vincentrx7? Oh and welcome back, I think.
  15. Well then pull them down, I am ready to stick it in. It's been awhile and I am all backed up.
  16. A few years back we cut out a section of parking lot 12' wide and 14' deep and few hundred feet long then the contractor put up the orange construction fence. An old lady walked up to it as we were at the truck eating lunch, walked past the fencing, got to the edge and looked down, then out of nowhere proceeded to try and step from one side of the trench to the other. She sued and won.
  17. Doing concrete is as easy as screwing together 2x4's to make a frame, laying some gravel inside, opening a bag of concrete, adding water to the consistancy you want, mix and pour it where you want it.Repeat as needed. Lastly come across your 2x4's from side to side across the top with another 2x4 to finish and let dry.
  18. Sorry if I missed it but why not just pour concrete and be done with it pretty much forever? Would will eventually cause you issues. A few 2x4s, hand few of screws and some bags of concrete, your golden.
  19. The valve cover was loose I noticed last week. I tightened it then, so maybe that should take care of it.
  20. It is in fact red which I have been told they go by color as well. Where would the oil have come from and how do I stop it?
  21. I have a saab repair guy looking for a used one for me to test with, will know in the morning. Also found a junkyard that states he has one for $35 but these things are known for issues and its most likely just as bad if he even in fact has what he states he has.
  22. That place looks massive, what did you pay for it so I dont have to go to the auditors website to look?
  23. I am confused by your reply. If just one plug isnt getting spark were thinking that since its all one piece pretty much, that the whole thing needs replaced? Or is there something else that would prevent just the one from getting spark?
