My next door neighbor just told me his went from 160 down to 127

I paid 160 for mine 5 years ago and it was appraising at 180. We thought we were getting a hell of a deal. Then last year my neighbors across the street did a short sale on their house for 112k and the house next to me burned down. Now its valued at 140k. We cant even switch insurance companies because of the new value let alone sell the damned thing. So pissssed GREAT FKING INVESTMENT.

+1 Also knowing what your taking a shot of helps out a lot as well. When I first started taking pictures of Drag cars, it helped a lot knowing how they react on the starting line and what to expect. After lots and lots of practice and reading and trial and error then the Photography skills stated taking over making good shots in to great shots. I ran my photography business for the first year and did very well with virtually no skills as a photographer based off of just knowing the subject.

We are doing real good out East. It seems like we are taking some of the biggest hits.

Well I am the President of the HOA. I have to say that there are houses in our neighborhood that we have had to stay on to keep things cleaned up, but those are extreme circumstances. Otherwise we pretty much leave people alone. We have people who have fences that are to tall and people who have sheds, which are not allowed and I make it a point to leave those people alone unless they give us a reason to do so. Thats what makes me so mad about this whole deal. This lady just sits in her house on the phone, starring out her blinds to find something to report to the City. And yes these are all city related issues and not HOA issues. We have a problem with speeders also but that is not why I parked it there. I parked it there so I didnt wake up the neigbors by pulling it in the garage the other night. I usually just coast in my spot and shut it down as I am pulling in. See what being nice gets me. I agree with this and if I was being ghetto or Hillbilly in any way then I can understand but this lady is just over the top.

Yeah the situation is really bad, Im real hillbilled out as you can tell in the pic.Granted the wife's truck is not here but I dont see anything wrong with my property. The point is this lady is psycho and I dont have a problem with any of my neighbors. Everyone in the neighborhood has a problem with this lady. She has almost had her ass whipped by 3 different neighbors for screaming and cussing at some of the neighbor kids. She isnt adult enough to confront anyone to their face and by the amount of times the cops have been at her house for Domestic issues, I dont think she has a right to say anything to anyone. The problem is that she has started shit with everyone on our street and nobody likes her. So she just sits in her house peaking out her blinds and calling the city on everyone, everytime she sees something she does not like. And if she is going to nit pick me to death for having my car parked in front of my house for 2 days then I am gonna slam her on her tall weeds and any other deed restrictions I find that she has violated. That has nothing to do with abusing power of anything. What goes around comes around. I lived in New/Albany/Westerville area before I moved out here and never had a single problem. My car sat there for 2 days. I called the city and they said it has to be moved at least every 72 hours. So when I get off work at 11, I am gonna start it up and let that loud mfer idle in front of her house for about 10 min and I am gonna park it right in front of her house. Then after a couple days have passed I will put it back in front of my house and then repeat.

No unfortunately it has to be voted on, which requires at least 60% of the residents to participate in order for it to even count, no matter how they vote. We have put it on the books 2 times and we cant get enough people to simply vote.

No, all of this didnt happen at once. These things were one at a time as I have owned them over the years. And the garage has all of my lawn equipment and tools and crap that would have a home if I had a shed, which are not allowed. I have 3 cars and that is it. And my other neighbors don't give a crap. What gets me is I am the HOA President and I dont bother anyone. I see violations all over the place and I dont bother those people. Now if they get out of hand then I will have a talk with them but everyone on my street has had at least 1 run in with this lady. Fat, stubby old bitch.

Nope our deed restrictions do not allow us to have a shed and I am not rich enough for a 3rd car garage . The boat and trailer were both to tall for the garage anyways. And its not like I had some junk sitting on blocks in my driveway. The trailer was brand new and teh boat was extremely clean as well. And I have 2 Yukon XLS so my driveway is full now. This one neighbor has called on me for all three things and I have never done anything to her. She is hated by everyone in the neighborhood. I dont have a single problem with anyone else and all my neighbors have told me that they dont have a problem with anything that I have had at my house. She is just bored and likes to me with people. She has called the cops on her next door neighbor like 20 times in the 5 years that I have been there. I'm gonna bust her ouot about her daughter fucking the mailman. Longest deliveries that I have ever seen.
