  2. Sorry for the delay on pics. Tuesday's weather didn't cooperate. It doesn't leave the garage unless there's no chance of precipitation. Hoping to get some later today.
  3. Forgot to mention that I had IPS tune it last summer. http://i.imgur.com/4UdaG4H.jpg
  4. So with a 2nd kid and the need for a bigger house after putting it off for two years taking precedent over having a toy, I'm selling my car. 2002 Blk/Blk Trans Am WS6 78,xxx miles 6 spd Bought the car bone stock 2 years ago this May with 68,000 miles. Added the following: Magnaflow Catback Exhaust SLP Lid SLP Smooth Bellows SLP CAI Pace Setter Longtubes Off-road Y Pipe Kenwood CD Player JL Stealthbox w/ 10" w3 sub Kenwood 5 channel amp to power sub and mids/highs (sounds great) The good: Car runs great and had no mechanical issues to my knowledge. It does have the typical LS1 piston slap at a cold start. The bad: The black paint is fairly typical of a 12 year old black car. It shows scratches and chips. The lady that owned it before me stored it in a garage after her husband passed and let stuff gather around it. I had the car detailed with some paint restoration done by Vander Autos on the east side. My daughter also just put a inch long metal deep scratch on the right rear fender right above the wheel well. I can have it touched up or leave it as is. The only other negative that I can think of is that the exhaust on the right hand side occasionally hits the rear end housing when a bump is hit just the right way. I love the car but need the money for a house and baby crap. Full Disclosure: I do manage a dealership and sell cars for a living. The car is not being listed for sale by the dealership but due to my work schedule, any showings will be done at work. It's where I spend most of my time and I live in Lancaster, so it's just a better location to sell something. I'll be moving it into a storage unit next to the dealership sometime this week. Full Disclosure Part 2: I do owe money on a loan for this car. I borrowed part of it at a very low rate so didn't bother to try to pay off quickly. I will pay it off as soon as I have a buyer lined up with an agreed upon price. Because of where I work, I can process all title work, take trades and even help arrange financing through a myriad of different banks or credit unions. Price: $13,500 Pics to come Tuesday(ish) PM or Email andy.gilbert86@gmail.com

I was a few cars behind at Billingsley and Sawmill at about 5:40ish and then snapped the picture waiting to get on 270. He launched pretty hard then slammed on the brakes upon finding out there was a Dublin cruiser on the ramp with someone pulled over. Was gonna go for the ricer flyby on 270 in the Impala but figured I'd save the gas :dumb: Sweet ride.

  7. I see it here too. It was parked in my development for a few days in someones driveway. Appeared to be a drunk parking job or just a terrible driver. Crooked in the middle of the driveway blocking the sidewalk. As the picture shows it has a dealer tag on it. I believe the same girl used to drive a Mercedes drop top (can't remember if it was an SLK or SL) painted the same color with the same dealer tag on it.
  8. Short story about Detroit. Went for a GM function last September. Rode the People Mover from Ren Cen to Greek Town. Found a shithole titty bar called Bouzouki. Classy establishment compared to most in Detroit. Closed the place down and couldn't find a cab and the PM we rode there was closed. Had to walk from Greek Town back to the Marriott in Ren Cen at 3:00 am. Scariest 5 blocks of my life. Found one the strippers smoking in front of the hotel entrance asking if we were looking for a good time. Pretty sure my co-worker now has the HIV... P.S. Stay inside the people mover circle downtown and avoid the Greyhound Terminal and you'll be pretty safe.
  9. 1% over invoice is NOT a good deal on a Toyota and I doubt is the contracted price. If it is 1% over invoice, you should be able to get a much better deal without the contract price. Toyota, Honda, and Chevy dealers in Columbus are having what I like to call a Volume War. Should be able to buy one well below invoice. Now if it's 1% over NET, that's a good deal but they should be able to provide some documentation from Toyota regarding your contracted price. On all GM vehicles, contracted pricing is printed on the invoice along with the GM Employee price. If a customer wants to see it, we show it to them. No questions asked. Call around to the dealers locally until you get an answer you like. Contrary to popular belief, not all car salesmen are out to screw people.
  10. Always thought of stripper cars to be Cavaliers, Cobalts, and Civics... :lolguy: :gabe:

  12. Wife has Kindle Fire HD and I have an iPad mini. The mini is what prompted me to switch my phone from four Androids in a row to an iPhone. I prefer the iPad over the Kindle by leaps and bounds. My 2 year old and my wife don't seem to have a preference but that's because they only really use it for reading, netflix, pandora and games. I use my iPad for everything from banking and etrade to games and movies. The iPad is a more complete device. If you're only using it for media content and some light browsing, go with the Kindle.
  13. Sirens in Lancaster about 40 minutes ago. Rotating winds reported in Carroll.
  14. Kemba is doing 1.99% for 60 months on 2011 and newer cars. We use them at the dealership. My rate sheet shows 2.74% for 48, 2.99% for 60, 3.49% for 66 and 3.99% for 72 on a 2009 model. None of those are bad rates. Those rates are all based on a 725 credit score or higher. As a member, I highly recommend them.
  15. 2009 was the year they added bluetooth which to me is crucial if I'm buying a new car. I would stick to a 2009 or newer if it's in her budget. We sell more new Acadias and Enclaves than any dealer in the state and take in almost as many on trade or lease turn ins. Let me know if I can help.
  16. Probably between Smokey Row and 315. Two lanes each direction.
  17. Will these fit without modification to the car???
  18. Wife bought it for me for my birthday but it wasn't really what I wanted. Thought when I was going to have my car tuned, this is what I meant. I missed the return date.
