I live right on the corner of a 4 way stop and can watch people blow through these stops signs all day long. Really frustrating that people just don't seem to give a fuck.

Does that blue viper that he races last have a sequential gearbox? If so thats bad ass, never seen that before.

From what I've read these guys just kind of randomly pick places to gather without really getting permission of either the city or the lot owner to have a show. They also tend to raise a ruckus and piss off the locals. Again that's just what I've read but if it's true they would go a long way by simply organizing with the city, getting the permission of the land or lot owner, and doing what they can to make the locals happy.

Hey you might want to take a trip up to Pick N Pull, there is an older Z like this in there that it looks like someone was racing in some form or another. The interior is gutted and it's got a roll cage but it's got an aftermarket shifter, and I'm not sure what the original exhaust manifolds look like but it looks like it may have wrapped headers on a V-6. I didnt see if it's a turbo or not and I couldn't tell but it might have some suspension work done. Just thought you might be interested in checking it out.

New wheels would be way down the line. 1st I've got to get it mechanically straightened out then I'll work on seeing what I can do with the paint and there are a few interior panels that need some attention.

Woo hoo I think I traced my problem with the battery dying overnight to a bad diode in the alternator. It was drawing 2.5 amps just sitting there with nothing on. I should have all the little quirks straightened out by the weekend.

Yeah I was born in 74 I remember way too much of the 80's. Well the clutch issue was just a bad slave cylinder, I've got that all fixed up and took it around the block a few minutes ago. It drives really good, nice and straight, no strange vibrations or rattles. The clutch releases pretty high so I imagine that will need replaced before too long. Now I just have to figure out what is draining the battery overnight, once I get that tracked down she should be good to go for a while.

Thanks everyone I was hoping to get it on the road today but O'Reilly's didnt get my clutch slave cylinder in today like they said they would so I guess I'll have to wait another day or two. Kirks5oh the muffler that's on it now has a leak so I'll be replacing it soon, I dont want a fart can but damn your right about that tiny exhaust tip. Not Brian take a look at that interior pic, is that shifter factory? It's like a foot tall, I feel like it's the shifter out of an old pickup truck. I think the same B&M shifter I had in my 240sx will fit this so I will be investing in one of those also. Honestly I want to keep it stock looking with only mild performance upgrades maybe the T25 upgrade and a better exhaust which it looks like I'll have to fab up because I dont see any available for this car. Down the line I'd like some different wheels and to clean up the paint some but for now I just want to get it running good and enjoy it.

I was thinking more SR20, I figure somewhere around 300hp would make this one heck of a fun little ride.

So I picked this little thing up today. Only has about 105,000 miles on it and a few manageable rust spots. Runs pretty good but there is a clutch issue that I have to take care of before I can drive it. It's just a single cam 1.8 turbo so it's not going to win any races but is should provide with some entertainment on the daily drive. Picked it up for a pretty good price and hope to have it going by the end of the week. One thing I have noticed about these things is that parts are crazy cheap which is a nice change. I dont think he did. If yo click on the bid number it shows who bid, how much they bid, and when they bid. It shows he bid $200 every time, some of the bids were seconds apart. Kinda strange, I wonder if the buyer has some kind of computer virus or if someone stole his or her eBay identity?

I've got a 2000 Durango with just over 200,000 miles for sale. The bad news is that it ha transmission problems. There is no 1st gear or overdrive and you have to manually shift it from 2nd to 3rd. I don't really feel like messing with it and I don't need it anymore so I'm hoping someone on here can use it for parts or fix it and keep driving it. Even with the transmission problem I still drive it around town and it does just fine. The only modifications I have done are a Flowmaster exhaust and a Hughs high capacity transmission pan. Other than that it runs good, A/C works and it has rear A/C, tires are in good shape. Leather interior is in good shape but the drivers seat could use new foam, the leather is good the foam is just getting thin has the third row seat.Has some rust in the tailgate and below the taillights and above the bumper on both sides but compared to other durangos I see on the road it's got a pretty good body on it. The allegations were made by an ex girlfriend of his from what I hear. I'd have to know the level of BSC in this woman before I could even begin to form an opinion.
