  1. Yeah I sold it to a guy in Michigan and the car end up making 511 RWHP and 656 TQ at 17 psi on a stock motor intake to oil pan with a throttle body. He is on his 5th stock T5 in it now (keeps breaking them). It went 11.08 @ 133 with a 2.0 60' full interior with stock control arms. I have a video somewhere in my email of it.
  2. RPM's is the main cause for split blocks. Keep the RPM's under 6K and you should be fine at 500-550 RWHP. If you want to be extra cautious, keep the RWHP at 475.
  3. No I never really got the car finished. I got dicked around by a couple of machine shops on my heads. One machine shop had them for almost 2 months and they were in the same bags that I took them there with. I finaly got them back about 3 weeks ago from the second machine shop and I just haven't had the time to mess with it. I'm definitely getting your kit for it though. I'll get with you soon on that. The car is done as far as the fuel system, trany, rear end, cage and all that other major stuff. The only thing left is to put the heads on the shortblock, assemble it, some wiring and the turbo kit. It will be ready for spring for sure.
  4. Normaly its the other way( I think). Probably should have gone rich if anything. I take it the gap is the same???
  5. The 70mm turbo is plenty enough. You can upgrade to the Master Power, but the On3 Turbo is the same specs too. 42lb injectors will be enough. Brian at dyno tune can tune it for you. He has tuned plenty of turbo 5.0's.
  6. No need. Change the oil with some cheap oil, run for 15 min, than change it with good oil and you will be fine as long as you dont keep driving the car with a blown headgasket. I'll take a blown head gasket over a hole in the piston any day. If you burn a hole in the piston than you might mess up the head also.
  7. Amen brotha. Easier and cheaper to replace a head gasket than a motor. I like using Fel Pro #375-1011-2 .
  8. If you have all the parts to put it together than just do it and that way I think it will be worth the most money. If you dont want to deal with the hastle than just sell the go fast parts and sell the car not running. If it was me I would put the car together.
  9. I was instructor there. Good place to go.
  10. As a matter of fact I just saw some of you right on the main page here from your album. You know, the one on the Mustang??? Should I link it??? It's a fap fap fap pic.
  11. Dave and Mike help me all the time. A+ guys.
  12. Yeah, that one has been going on for a few years now. Some good ones there and some nudes.
  13. Epic fail. That's what I did there. Mopar got it right though.
  14. Haha. I don't even fucking know. I just got my HTC EVO and I posted it from it. WTF did I post.
  15. Yeah, the car is local. The guy lives in Thornville and the motor is for sale. He is a good friend of mine. The motor is built to go up to 13,000, but it eats valve springs like crazy at that RPM. Thats the only bad thing about these motors. They wear out the valve springs quick.
