  1. A few signs for groomsmen gifts. 24" tall and made from my Grandma's old fence. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=987&pictureid=8721 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=987&pictureid=8720 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=987&pictureid=8719 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=987&pictureid=8718 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=987&pictureid=8717

  3. For the gun crowd http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=987&pictureid=8701
  4. I made this this morning, just a simple magnetic stand since I'm constantly moving my keyboard around the table. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=987&pictureid=8700
  5. Another Christmas present http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=987&pictureid=8699
  6. I have added prices on most of the items so far. The price listed is for a bare metal finish that has been sanded and deburred. I will have a powder coating oven soon and will be able to offer more options. Meanwhile, it is too cold for me to finish them in my garage as the paint will not dry. Maybe Hoblick can chime in with some pricing on a few things. Here are some floating shelf brackets I made today. Turning a bevel on the "dogs" http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=987&pictureid=8688 Welded up http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=987&pictureid=8689
  7. Check out the CNC thread in the Parking Lot
  8. I'll get some prices together after work. I'd like to see if there is enough interest for the fire ball to do a group buy. Normal price is $500. I'm thinking around $350 if I can get 10 people. The closest thing I can find online is $800 for reference.
  9. Awesome work. Depending what material you choose I can cut some blanks for you. I have plenty of knife sized scraps of mild steel if you want some just to practice on. Edit: looks like the heat affected zone (HAZ) from the plasma would need ground off as it gets hardened. It could possibly be annealed but I would have to look into it.
  10. It depends on what people want. If its something like a sports logo I can usually import into my software and then tweak it from there. Depending on the logo, this can take anywhere from five minutes to a few hours. Items like the monograms and fire pits are done from scratch.
  11. To be mounted on wood http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=985&pictureid=8687

  15. Yankees logo in progress for a Christmas gift $45 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=985&pictureid=8679
  16. Here are some random ideas I have saved for future reference. A few firepits, walking target, etc. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=986&pictureid=8670 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=986&pictureid=8668 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=986&pictureid=8667 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=986&pictureid=8672 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=986&pictureid=8671 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=986&pictureid=8673 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=986&pictureid=8674 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=986&pictureid=8669 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=986&pictureid=8675 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=986&pictureid=8676
  17. Brian fixed it for me, thanks Joe. I also sent Angry Bird a PM about sponsorship
  18. Anywhere $10 to $20k depending on what you do yourself. I used a Precision Plasma gantry kit and Flashcut controls. Sorry my account was blocked from trying to update my email. Those are 18 or 20 inch I believe. Incoming Yep aluminum is no problem Incoming
  19. The fire ring I bought from Cabelas is maybe 16 guage at best. I think 11ga (1/8") is a happy medium between overkill and store bought. Sounds like you may want 1/4" Once I get moving this morning I will post up pics of some pits I've seen so far. There are some very cool ones out there. Also, PM me some info about sponsorship or point me in the right direction if you could. Thanks!
  20. Honestly not much. I did a lot in HS but that was 11-12 years ago and just CADD, no CNC. Pricing mostly depends on gauge, the amount of pierces, and the linear inches of cut. I have prices on anything I have posted so far. Other than that it's a case by case basis. I'm happy to take requests! I'm always looking for random samples to burn with the space between cuts.
  21. Some wine holders $25 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=985&pictureid=8663 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=985&pictureid=8662 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=985&pictureid=8661

  23. 3/4" on the table. I think about 1" with the hand torch Thanks! That's the idea
