  1. PM me. . . I will tell you things that will save you money.
  2. And furthermore. . . what kind of legitimate business person meets someone (my wife) at a mcdonalds parking lot. . . doesn't even have the decency to get out and shake her hand or greet her. . asks "do you have the money" tells her "we're in a hurry, sign this as proof of payment, it's basically telling you if we decide not to go through with it you get a refund". HONESTLY. Who got fucked over here?
  3. That's the thing though, they didn't take it off the market. . . they left all online advertisements up (24 hours later mind you) and it was still available for the scamming. Regardless of whether or not it was as much of a scam as I believe it to be. . . they insisted my wife bring them cash. . . not even waiting til I was home or available to work out an agreement with them. They took advantage of her over-eagerness, and as such. . they should burn in hell. Kthxbye
  4. How about that tobacco tax eh? GO BLUE JACKETS!
  5. /End Thread http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51C4WPVM79L._SL500_AA280_.jpg
  6. Plasmas have improved extensively over the years... but still have a glass front and will reflect like crazy with lights on. . . which is why I've never really been into them. They also used to be bad for burning in images. . although they have supposedly improved on that. LCD's have a nice non-reflective surface and do not suffer from burn-in issues, and have great frame rates. Just go out and get the cheapest HD LCD you can find and you will be amazed. Not that you aren't going to suffer some on quality of build and features/technology. . . but from an old CRT from 1999. . . even the cheapest LCD will be leaps and bounds above that TV.
  7. I agree the movie sucked major balls. . . I'm looking for new reads for my kindle. . may give the first few free chapters a try.
  8. Well I wouldn't randomly assault a minor. . that could get you in more trouble than it's worth. However there's nothing wrong with a little bait and switch. Perhaps put a few bucks on your dash. . back in your vehicle. . leave it unlocked. . and once he enters your property and pursues your vehicle. . then it's fair game. =)
  9. This thread is full of nasty.
  10. LoL. . . random! The one pose for all pictures look. Classy.
  11. Honestly any HDTV is going to be a huge improvement over your old TV. I'd definitely go the LCD route. If you're looking for the sub 500 range. . also try wal-mart. . I think their line of Vizio's are a little more sleek than the Insignia brand Best Buy carries. But yeah, any 32" lcd hdtv you will love. Just be sure to upgrade your cable to HD to really take full advantage of it.
  12. By all means. It's all fair game now I realllllly wanted to do a doughnut in their yard as I pulled away. . knowing they were watching out the window. But I refrained.
  13. I have the occassional beer with friends . . and if I'm feelin frisky I might get a tall-boy with dinner. But drinking to relax, and drinking to get drunk are two different things. I certainly enjoy the occasional adult beverage. . but that's about where it ends.
  14. Stay away from those rest stops at night when you're drunk. . . you silly head!
  15. Shitty teaser. . but definitely can't wait for MW 2. . . world at war just isn't the same
  16. Nope. . took it in to their bank directly after getting it and had it verified. . and had the bank give me cash. Didn't even try to cash it at my own and wait for it to clear.
  17. Well. . . came to a resolution today. After leaving them approximately 5 voicemails over the weekend and them not returning my calls (voicemails did include mentioning media involvement as well as legal action) they called me today and said they would give me back 2,000 of my 2500. So I took it. I'm not going to battle them and waste more money. . . they told me to meet them at their house @ 2pm and they would have a check for me. So I go to their mansion in Canal Winchester and wouldn't you know it. . they taped a check to their front door. . . THEY WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT TO ME FACE TO FACE. LoL Oh well. . . chalk this one up as a learning experience. . but atleast we got back the majority of the money. Beware of people like this. . . I may still contact the media . . . but I'm just happy to have 2 grand back in my pocket. Thanks for all the replies guys! Really helped me move forward on this!
  18. My heart goes out to you my brother. It's never easy learning a loved one is ill. But always keep hope, and stay strong! Your mother will be in our prayers.
