Volt meter may read fine, but once it's loaded it could be shitting itself. Unplug everything power wise and leave only the mobo/video plugged in and see if it boots.

If you have another atx psu try it, I bet your psu took a shit and isn't outputting enough power to boot it.

Chris's Carb Shop in Dayton, used him had issues with a qjet he went above and beyond to help me get the car running correctly and even tunes it for me for free after the car was moving again.

What year? Carb/qjet/tpi??? All things that need to be listed if you want to verify wht to look for since they put about 10 different motors in them.

Oops Edit: FWIW mines more radical then his and I daily it when my trucks broken. Never had an issue. -
+1 Sounds like its demanding power and shutting off due to not having it. May not be overheating but try running your ram at Cas 2 and turning the timings up to see if the problem follows. Also if your running multiple sticks take one out and run with one and the other and see if its produced.

Already have a new one in the mail that weill be here Monday, but it strikes me as odd that they offered to replace it without even asking me if I tried to troubleshoot it LOL

Not to bring this up from the dead, but has anyone else expierienced their iPhone5 boot looping? Mine started randomly shutting it self off and turning back on, after 4 of them the screen started to face out and now it wont even turn on. LoL Apple quality...
