I have some Polk RTi8's and some Cerwin Vegas that I could sell you. It all depends on what you are needing.
-
I saw it earlier at the Morse Rd Walmart, and at a glance I thought it was the AMZ as well. Wish I could have grabbed a closer look.

Personally, this is one of my favorites for the price: http://winelibrary.com/wines/39639-2006+Selaks+Ice+Wine+375ML I do realize they classify it as a Reisling, but it is very close to a Moscat flavor-wise.

Excellent choice. There is a carry out at 62 and Morse Rd that has an excellent selection. Whole Foods and Trader Joes has a lot to choose from, too.

I recommend Clenzoil or CLP. Everyone knows how bad Hyundai used to be. I liken Highpoint to this, as why would you want a car (or gun) that you know you will HAVE to use that warranty on. A car is a little different than a portable LIFE saver. I talked to a High Point rep years ago and he said their claim rate was 30-40%. Even the suckass Smith and Wesson Sigma SV series that was a total Glock knock off, except it never worked quite right, was only warrantied 13-15% of total sales figures according to S&W reps. 30-40% is a lot to leave to chance if you're betting your life on something. Highpoints are owned as a home defense "gun" more than any other manufacturer. I cannot remember the stats off the top of my head for the amount of them nationwide, but I do recall hearing that 70% of them are never even fired once. Just tucked away and left to chance... Not good odds at all in my opinion. Not trying to muck up the thread. I am truly glad your Highpoint works for you, but I cannot personally vouch for them and never would after all of the horror stories I have personally witnessed. I'm actually lucky to still have a hand after an incident with one of them.

I do believe both of these brands are fantastic, as well as Crimestopper. I think it's a spinoff of DEI. I had a lot of falses with multiple Vipers, but never any with anything DEI or CrimeStopper. All systems were professionally installed, too.

The man should fear a muzzle loader, too. The man should learn from the Civil War about what happens to humans struck by large pieces of flying lead.
-
Well, muzzleloaders do not require a back ground check, but some places still do it anyway. A shotgun, rifle and handgun (pistols and long guns) both require the lovely ATF paperwork. Of course in OH at the moment there is no requirement for this between individuals. Questions are supposed to be asked and answered, but sometimes this doesn't always happen.

Really, it is not recommended to take it apart to clean it, which in my opinion is a GD design flaw right off the bat. The factory will tell you to send it to them so they can field strip it for you. There are creative ways to take them apart though. My favorite involves a hammer, a chisel and a vice. And no, I didn't break it anymore than it already was. Scrubbing solutions and spray lubes do work best on these.

And if you injure that THAT arm, then good luck geting it out. Dual SOB holsters work well. It all just depends on your comfort levels. Some people don't like sweeping themselves because they don't trust their own fingers. Other people could careless and want the gun out of the way. Another con, as mentioned is trying to sit down. It's not real comfortable on your spine depending on your body configuration. Best of luck to you drawing while having a seatbelt on.

Good stuff. The technology has been around, but I think they delayed the release of it for awhile until they could get it to NOT penetrate for the reasons you already stated. Any round CAN penetrate, but some are less likely. And sometimes it depends on what is in your house. I have always recommended trying stuff out to see how it will react. There are many types of dry wall mixes available and some are more likely to be penetrated than others. Even humidity and temperature in the home can play a small role on penetration levels. Don't over think it, but do make sure you know what you've got and how it will react in YOUR environment. Greg

Ever heard of commission and spiffs? Yeah, that's it. I am not arguing the round..it's my favorite. However, I am arguing the firearm.

4 DR's or 2?

Glad you are happy with it and I am glad you are smart enough not to use it for defense. I could write some much about these things it is unreal, but I think I will leave it to the search function.

Trying to use a CCW in that manner is just asking to become a statistic that you won't want to be.

I did not even see that until you made mention of clutch. Hell, it would suck if he was going to put a lot of miles on it. Over the years I have driven so many stage 2+++ clutches and it is one mod I can't stand for daily drivability. I don't mind it on a toy, but a DD with a 6-puck has never been fun for me. I drive 30-60 miles a day, though... many times in traffic. I definitely recommend driving it through a couple of lights, stop and go to make sure you can tolerate it. Shift and down shift and make sure it's for you.

Congrats! Hope you get all the enjoyment possible out of your new treasure!

You think the kids toyed with your wastegate--was the turbo laying around before you installed it? Seeing how they have screwed with you in the past, this is a possibility. Man, it's time to start cracking skulls. That would be a quick and easy way to cause a headache!

I thought everyone knew that place wasn't great and it's a damn shame. I caught someone trying door handles in the lot about six months ago, but was too far away to give chase. The apartments just down the street from there have over 300 break-ins per year between the actual apartments and vehicles. This is according to several officers that I know in Gahanna. I have heard mixed stories in the last couple of years, but overall I wouldn't park anything of value back there. Sorry to hear about your loss, though. I had some fool separate the door skin on my wrx to get into it. A window would have been cheaper. It was Dec 24th and I had to take the car to Charleston, SC. It twisted up everything and the window wouldn't line up proper without human guidance. The fool bled inside my car and even left finger prints. I was told he was caught bleeding out in another vehicle not more than a 1/4 miles from mine. Nice Buick btw! I just checked out your CD and was surprised with what you've done!

Happy Birthday! Have a great one!

I had a suscipion that it was going into limp mode. I can't really tell much from the video, but it does either seem like a boost leak or fuel cut. I would wager against fuel cut on the setup you have, though.
-
Yeah, I meant to bring mine last time. I will do it if I can make it out--I have an early auction preview. I can make it out early, but what will the turn out be?
-
Yes, Celicas are excellent daily drivers. Not sure he can get a cheap one, though. Look for a 6th gen (94-98). They are uber fun, and rock solid reliable!

Hey! Tell me what subwoofer you are looking for. I want that US Amp.
