A King's Gun Works 1911 and a ML converted M1 box fed Garand are all I really need to add to my collection for me to be content. I have owned so much stuff and handled it, etc that I got what I needed to long ago. Never went the class three route, and if I did I know exactly what I would want.

In my top three favorite all time cars. I would take either the 4 or 8 if the opportunity presented itself, but prefer the s4.

No problem, I enjoy the entertainment. I am not interested in power, just possible fun instead of a complete econobox. I am not the one claiming that an SRT4 is fast and I am also not claiming I am the best driver, nor am I the worst. I've messed around with multiple DSMs and WRXs and I have had two MR2's as well. I have had my fast cars and I am building one right now... I am not considering the SRT4 in that goal. I posted because I have never driven an SRT4, which is why I made the thread.

Well, we're kind of off track with trying to be faster or even compare a WRX or MR2 here... That's not the reason for this car. Thank you for the info. I was worried about the timing belt, but I see it's 100K mile. Any info on why the sub frame bushings or bolts would come loose? Torque steer? Didn't know if this was common or not but I have heard of this issue on SRT4's before.

It'll be a fourth of fifth car. The value of it will be higher than the car I am trading off. Yeah, I have had a lot of turbo'd vehicles so it might be a bit slower but probably still gets great mpg which is what I am more or less looking for at the moment. I'll have a high 12 second SR20 car finished up shortly when I want to tear up the asphalt. Paul, do you have a 6 puck clutch in your car?
