  4. They have turbo S54s, just with JE 9.0:1 pistons. They have the S54 over in Eurpoe ahwile, the control for the double vanos is still be explored by american companies, and most importantly, Jim C www.boostlogic.com makes a kit for the car, as with ATP. The compression isn't bad because you have to remember thats the advertised compression, not the dynamic. It's still high, but how do you think all them ford guys take so much abuse on 9.5 to 10:1 compression smile.gif . Just wait until Jim hammers out the motronic ecu for the s54.

  7. No modern day BMW will ever use any FI. They just beef up the cubes and the technology. They ditched FI back in the Formula One days. 1.5 production blocks, wet deck, making 1500hp for qualifying.

  14. the alero was a reject, like honda trannies in minivans. They come with 5 year warrenties because they need them. what year camaro? if it's the 3.1/3.4 those are known problems. if its a 3.8 SII, then I'd be suprised. I dog on my car's interior but its not like I don't like driving it.

  17. While this is true, the only way to have the bov before the MAF is with a blow-through setup. Piping can be a little tricky with those. The SAFC2 has an anti-stall setting making it help with open air bov's, but it isn't perfect. </font> Z32 Maf installed before tb, bov installed before maf, vrooooooooooooom pschhhhhhhh. problem solved. smile.gif Pushing air through a maf will always be better no matter what situation. The maf will basically become a physically bigger maf. This is due to the pressure drop of NA compared to the greater pressure drop when air is forced through it.
