  5. Theres a few more things than power associated with the car.... Did anyone notice this? Motec M800 OEM ECU Sure would be nice to be able to tune the car...from the factory.... All of this for 400hp? 680cc injectors??? That seems like the car is built for more...much more. How many car's come with this??? Is it overpriced?? Probably... Does it include lots of high end goodies? Yes...

  7. Wish I was, but that was the process I witnessed with two BMW motors that were forged and rebuilt. The quote has been removed.
  8. Leave the wires and plugs alone, pull the fuel pump fuse and if you have the option, pull the fuse for the ICM. (Thats what your also helping br cranking it over with no fuel or spark, hence you remove them from the motor) [ 02. December 2004, 09:05 PM: Message edited by: Sunny D-light ]

  14. Ok, I see where your coming from. Now that you reminded me its just a Holden, seems like GM did just took the easy way out. Maybe they thought it was like re-inventing the wheel, who knows. I do aggree with you though. I still like the looks though, maybe thats the wantabe sports car driver in me smile.gif .
  15. Something wrong with that Mr Stock? smile.gif I've been a fan of European cars ever since I started driving them. The GTO shares the ride and handeling close to europen cars. The exhaust routed in duals along one channel, the dash layout, are all pretty good for the ol general. Maybe those vette seats are really comfy, but compared to the grand prix seats the GTO seats seemd to be pretty comfy to me. As far as price I agree, only way I'd get one, is through GM discount. Which ironically, I have. As far as STS, I have mixed feelings about remote turbo mounting. Rather have one right off da kitchen. Looks impossible though, but I'll wait and see what happens.
