  1. Happy Birthday Old Man! Thanks for the tips @ pool!
  2. Should and does are way two different things... http://www.rbracing-rsr.com/turbo/TurboMaps/M90flow.gif http://www.rbracing-rsr.com/turbo/TurboMaps/M90power.gif http://www.rbracing-rsr.com/turbo/TurboMaps/M90deltaT.gif Picture what Delta T is at 21-22psi....
  3. Use the Devry station in the back room, its somewhat decent.
  4. Oh, I wasn't questioning if the motor could take it (they were built with forced induction in mind....right?) but more so the power gain (if any) from just upping the pressure. M90's aren't the most effecient blowers for running that kind of pressure. You may want to snag a copy of Corky Bell's Forced Induction or Mark Warner's Street Turbocharging, they cover key concepts that you can grow and grow... Just some two cents worth...
  5. Whatever it is, to be doing an engine swap and body work at 15...they better keep doing it.
  6. Amazing work. Hopefully its out soon
  7. FYI on forced induction, specifcally roots style blowers, its not all about psi.... FI motors are also very unforgiving when it comes to tuning, so try to tread lightly. Oh, and nice work, keep it up
  8. If it is imported from Canada, does that make it an import, eh? I have all the strengths of a domestic, but none of its weaknesses...well..maybe a few...
  9. That's if the car a.) runs and b.) doesn't break You and Carl need to throw down one of these weekends...
  10. Someone should change that to "Go efficient or go home"
  11. Good vid, looked like a very civlized and down to eath gathering.
  12. No doubting that, but if the harware were to fail, the downtime can be costly. Disk is what the industry is moving to. Tape is still great for archive, though.

  14. Very good trick. You can redirect certain Windows folders from their default location to an alternate location. You may also look at RAID arrays (1,5,10) for redundancy on a hardware level. Another option, IBackup - Online backup. You could combine hardware redundancy (RAID) with onsite image based backup (Shadow Protect, Norton Ghost, Acronis, etc) and an online backup to ensure a very high level of disaster tolerance. EDIT: What Trowa is referring to is imaging, which will not backup customer data. It's a good practice in case the system gets FUBAR, but you'll need to configure a backup schedule to perform incremental or differential backups (images)
  15. ShadowProtect, Ghost, Acronis, If you have Vista...the WIM option...
  16. It's a decent daily driver, but my squeeky plastic interior and swamp ass pleather seats are far from nice!
  17. I figured it was going to be a close race. Trying to time the converter flash and the third honk can be difficult. It pretty much came down to who got the jump - but I think your ta > me.
  18. Thanks Eric for the good runs.
  19. You still haven't got your head back? That sucks!
